E non cuoceteli troppo, 1 minuto in acqua bollente salata, non di più.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ravioli buonissimi, ripieno abbondante, tengono ottimamente la cottura. A me sono piaciuti particolarmente quelli al porro e robiola e quelli al radicchio, ma consiglio di provarli tutti!
