Ma purtroppo la fregatura è dietro l'angolo ... Perché per ogni rinnovo aumenta il premio e quindi noi chiediamo il perché ? E loro ci rispondono che è un aumento dovuto all'aumento della massimale !!?? Noi nel frattempo consultiamo internet per comparare i costi ed ogni volta troviamo di meglio on-line , ricontatto l'agente e chiedo chiarimenti ...ci chiede di inviare il preventivo e magicamente mi propone un costo addirittura minore di quello trovato online !!! Noi rinnoviamo e siamo felici . Oggi l'agente molto scocciato mi richiede le condizioni del preventivo trovato online , le risponde che ho bisogno della sua e-mail e lui mi dici " se ritiene che è molto conveniente la sottoscriva " ... Sinceramente non mi aspettavo questa risposta dopo anni di rapporti ...boh ...non so cosa dire Noi sicuramente cambiamo compagnia assicurativa e mai più Vittoria assicurazioni .
