Entrato: al mio "buonasera" come risposta il NULLA ed entrambe le commesse scena muta..
Girovago un po per il negozio.. - nessun approcio, né il classico "se ha bisogno di qualcosa chieda pure.." - ZERO, manco quello.
Uscita: per educazione, altro "buonasera" anche in quella occasione, SCENA MUTA.
Ora, se il cliente viene trattato in questo modo ( di indifferenza totale) senza neppure provare ad un approcio minimo.. ( ero intenzionato ad acquistare una scarpa da 91 euro), mi chiedo, cosa si lamentano a fare poi..?
Bah.
Entered for the first time in my life, intrigued by a shoe in the window, and willing to try it on ...
Entered: to my "good evening" as an answer the NOTHING and both orders silent scene ..
I wander around the shop a bit .. - no approach, nor the classic "if you need something just ask .." - ZERO, not even that.
Exit: for education, another "good evening" also on that occasion, MUTE SCENE.
Now, if the customer is treated in this way (of total indifference) without even trying a minimal approach .. (I was willing to buy a 91 euro shoe), I wonder, what are they complaining about then ..?
Bah.
