Trovano sempre tutte le scuse possibili, con le classiche "risposte preconfezionate" pur di creare ulteriori criticità a quello che era di già un servizio insoddisfacente e senza nemmeno trovare alcuna possibilità ad una risoluzione "diplomatica" del problema del cliente. Telefonata inutile e tempo perso. Tra un po' si arriverà a considerare di pagare il pizzo all'operatore pur di farsi ritirare il dovuto, tanto mi pare a vedere che fanno sempre come gli pare e che hanno sempre ragione loro. Quoto Orlando e Ranierio e la local guide 6 Alessandra . Google dovrebbe consentire, per i local guide strutturati, anche voti in negativo, perché una stella, in questi casi, è sempre troppo.

NB. Novità! Un operatore straordinario è finalmente riuscito a passare per la raccolta, solo dopo la segnalazione/reclamo. Guarda caso, oggi l'imponente mezzo è riuscito a passare nonostante le macchine che, come dichiarato dall'operatore, "ostruiscono il passaggio", quando gli altri operatori della carta, indifferenziato e organico, passano tutti e ci passerebbe pure un treno.
Ps. Consiglio a Viterbo ambiente di non cercare scuse impossibili ma di cambiare gli "operatori" che non hanno voglia di lavorare o che non hanno esperienza alla guida dei mezzi.

Bene, tutto questo è a carico nostro. Mala tempora currunt...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono piu i Cestelli che vengono rotti dai dipendenti alla raccolta che in maniera scostumata li "accomodano" lanciandoli per rimetterli al loro posto di quelli rimasti intatti... Anche i sassi sarebbero capaci di svolgere un servizio in questa maniera cosi scostumata... Se non fosse che i sassi a fine mese non percepiscono lo stipendio!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abito al centro,e grazie al comune che si scorda 3 settimane fa ho pulito le erbacce che circondano il suolo pubblico perché altrimenti altro che insetti..ma la busta delle erbacce questi signori si sono ricordati di prenderla solo sabato mattina!! Tra l altro non so chi fosse stato 2 settimane fa ha lasciato l immondizia (10 sacchi circa) davanti casa mia e sempre questi signori invece di buttarla il sabato con l indifferenziato,non fanno altro che spostarla da un posto ad un altro,ovviamente sempre vicino casa mia,e la mia vicina ieri ha visto dei topo..ora mi chiedo,ma dobbiamo venire a buttarla sotto le vostre case?chiedo per curiosità eh
