Poco assortimento. Poco curata l'esposizione. Poche novità e soprattutto un cassiere molto scortese. Al limite della cafoneria. Infatti ho lasciato la merce e sono andata via. Certi negozi dovrebbero stare attenti al personale. Basta poco a conservare il cliente: un po' di gentilezza. E basta un attimo per perderlo. I was very fond of this housewares and homeware shop. Christmas was very well stocked. But this year I had a big disappointment. Little assortment. The exhibition is not well taken care of. Few news and above all a very rude cashier. On the verge of boorishness. In fact, I left the goods and left. Some shops should be careful about the staff. It doesn't take much to keep the customer: a little kindness. And it only takes a moment to lose it.

Ho chiesto il rimborso per il danno con tanto di scontrino, specificando che secondo la legge a tutela de consumatore per un difetto del prodotto il rimborso è obbligatorio e la garanzia per difetto su qualsiasi prodotto di consumo vale ben due anni, figurarsi una settimana! Ebbene mi è stato risposto di no perché ‘non sanno che uso ne ho fatto’ : come perdersi un cliente! Io mi vergognerei a trattare un cliente così e sopratutto a non conoscere neanche le leggi del commercio e delle garanzie. Sconsigliatissimo. I purchased two outdoor shading sheets (60 euros) for the garden, assembled correctly with the ropes provided, they break the same day and then tear completely the next day at the eyelet, an evident sign of defect around them. I asked for a refund for the damage complete with a receipt, specifying that according to the consumer protection law the refund is mandatory for a product defect and the default guarantee on any consumer product is valid for two years, let alone a week! Well, I was told no because 'they don't know what I used to do with it': like losing a customer! I would be ashamed to treat a customer like this and above all to not even know the laws of commerce and guarantees. Not recommended.
