Per quanto riguarda il personale, su due badanti che ho provato una era molto competente e fidata, e l'altra all'opposto inadeguata e disonesta ma capisco che questo sia un rischio che comunque corre ogni datore di lavoro all'atto dell'assunzione di un dipendente che vede per la prima volta e che deve valutare in base alle referenze più o meno veritiere che questo presenta. Premesso che il servizio offerto era buono e la badante trovata ottima, devo riferire che il contatto avuto con la persona che credo sia il responsabile dell’agenzia è stato pessimo. La persona in questione è irascibile e incapace di argomentare con civiltà e professionalità le legittime ragioni dell’agenzia, ricorrendo, invece, a pesanti insulti e minacce. Credo sia un grave problema per una organizzazione che ha un ampio contatto con il pubblico. La mia impressione trova conferma in un paio di analoghi commenti lasciati da altri clienti.
