Praticamente abbiamo pagato tutto sull'unghia, come da loro richiesta. Ci hanno montato male un infisso (il che la dice lunga per un'azienda che si occupa di costruzione e montaggio infissi), hanno disatteso 10 (dieci) appuntamenti su dieci per fare questa sistemazione che, come da loro ammissione, avrebbe richiesto solo pochi minuti. A voi trarre le dovute conclusioni.
Although the range of products available is of good quality, I have found obscene after sales service management. We basically paid for everything on the nail, as per their request. We have badly assembled a window frame (which says a lot for a company that deals with the construction and assembly of windows), they missed 10 (ten) out of ten appointments to make this arrangement which, as they admit, would have required only a few minutes. It is up to you to draw the necessary conclusions.
