Avevo ordinato 4 porte,una delle quali con disegno personalizzato.ho spiegato e rispiegato per un'ora come e di che colore dovesse essere questo disegno e la ragazza che se ne occupava ha scritto tutto esattamente per come doveva essere. Peccato il vetro sia stato sbagliato.ho spiegato che desideravo avere ciò per cui avevo pagato e la stessa tipa che mi aveva "assistita" fin dall'inizio ha iniziato a dire che il vetro era stato fatto bene pur essendo evidente che non lo fosse.alla fine mi ha detto"va bene non c'è problema te lo faccio rifare ma lo devi pagare perché io questo non posso rivenderlo".a me ovviamente non stava bene e quando ho obiettato mi è stato detto"ok basta che la finiamo,siamo stati negligenti noi a non chiedere dettagli ma io non posso telefonare a tutti i clienti per ogni vetro". è stato agghiacciante. Vi consiglio di INTERESSARVI a ciò che vendete prima di consegnare e se avete dubbi di TELEFONARE al cliente.e soprattutto di rivedere il vostro concetto di professionalità e gestione del cliente.PESSIMI. B	Benedetto Tusa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purtroppo devo cambiare la mia recensione da 5 stelle a sole due stelle dopo tre mesi dall'installazione alcune porte hanno iniziato a dare dei rumori mentre si aprivano e due tendevano a chiudersi da sole. lì ho chiamati hanno mandato un loro tecnico le ha regolate dicendo che il problema era nei falsi telai. Ma la domanda che mi sono posto perché quando le hanno montate erano perfette?? O almeno sembrava così. Oggi un'altra porta fa dei rumori per giunta dal telaio. Le porte sono belle però c'è qualcosa che non va nel montaggio Unfortunately I have to change my review from 5 stars to only two stars after three months of installation some doors started making noises as they opened and two tended to close by themselves. there I called they sent one of their technicians and adjusted them saying that the problem was in the false frames. But the question I asked myself why when they mounted them were they perfect? Or at least it seemed so. Today another door makes noises from the frame too. The doors are beautiful but there is something wrong with the assembly

Abbiamo chiamato tantissime volte senza avete risposta, quando sono venuti a sistemare le porte sono stati scortesi e poco professionali. Al telefono addirittura una “signora “di nazionalità non meglio identificata ha cominciato a sbraitare contro mia moglie non dandole la possibilità di parlare. Se dovessi avere ancora bisogno di loro preferirei rimanere senza porte!!!!?!! ASSOLUTAMENTE SCONSIGLIATO!!!!!! Bad experience. Il signor G. in tutta risposta si vendica chiamando di botto dopo qualche giorno non fissando alcun appuntamento comunicando che i suoi operai potevano essere presenti solo dopo un'ora dalla chiamata ... Mettendo me e mio marito in forte difficoltà lavorativa. Facciamo di tutto per essere presenti capendo il tentativo di metterci in difficoltà, visto che se non fossimo stati presenti subito le porte chissà quando sarebbero state montate... Negando altre disponibilità. Una volta arrivati gli operai su ordine del signor G. Si fermano perché senza saldare la restante cifra a loro dovuta nell'immediato non avrebbero proseguito... ma senza un PC in una casa vuota e tutto fatto di punto in bianco veniva complicato e allora altra bassezza... Sarebbe mancato per noi non per loro e se non avessi provveduto tempestivamente gli operai sarebbero andati via e ancora una volta le porte chissà quando sarebbero state montate... Insomma un continuo giochino stupido che altera i clienti... Non lo consiglio a nessuno e credetemi sempre meglio una casa senza porte ma non avere a che fare con l' ineducazione del personale ... Bad staff, rude and very unprofessional ... Non rispettano i tempi stabiliti di consegna. Spero che almeno la consegna ed il montaggio vadano a buon fine... Personal .. Unprofessional .. Not polite .. Per le prime due volte ho avuto contatti con Salvatore e poi in ultimo con una donna, entrambi molto gentili. Ho ordinato quanto preventivato. Al momento tutto ok...mi riserverò di scrivere come andrà per le misure da prendere e per la successiva consegna e montaggio.
