d	danila vassalle on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buonasera, mi sento in dovere di rispondere alla sig.ra Quarta Erika in quanto la pratica di nazionalizzazione è stata presa in carico dalla mia agenzia e né noi né Vitale Auto Snc siamo responsabili del ritardo. Purtroppo queste pratiche hanno tempi lunghi, specialmente sulla provincia di Lucca. La pratica è stata presentata il 02/02/2022 alla mctc di LU per via telematica dopo aver ricevuto tutta la documentazione corretta. Solitamente in 10/15 giorni convalidano e si può targare. Sono state mandate diverse mail di sollecito all'ingegnere incaricato ma ad oggi non ha ancora convalidato la pratica(solo lui si occupa delle nazionalizzazioni della prov. di Lucca! questo il motivo dei tempi lunghi) . Purtroppo se non si è "addetti ai lavori" certe lungaggini burocratiche sono difficili da comprendere. E	Erika Quarta on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Firmato contratto 4 settimane fa per un auto in pronta consegna che a detta loro mi sarebbe stata consegnata in 7 -10 giorni al massimo. A oggi passati esattamente 28 giorni non solo non mi è stata ancora consegnata ma non sanno neanche dirmi quando mi verrà consegnata...per niente soddisfatta...no comment... Contract signed 4 weeks ago for a car ready for delivery which they said would be delivered to me in 7-10 days maximum. As of today, exactly 28 days have passed, not only has it not been delivered to me yet but they can't even tell me when it will be delivered to me ... not at all satisfied ... no comment ...
