Bad service, no seriousness. I left copies to make in the morning at 12, they tell me to come back at 18, return for that hour and they were not ready yet. not even a receipt is issued.
M	Marco F. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Locale piccolo e disordinato, a volte le copie delle dispense sono state fotocopiate o spillate male. Servizio migliorabile. Small and messy place, sometimes the copies of the pantries have been photocopied or badly stapled. Service can be improved.

Fotocopie e stampe con imperfezioni, righe e macchie sparse di colore nero e/o colore sbiadito (per me che sono una persona attenta e precisa non va affatto bene!). Non accettano la "SI card" per studenti universitari (l'altra gestione invece sì). La signora bionda non mi ha dato 10 centesimi di resto (Grrr!?), non ha emesso lo scontrino fiscale e si è dimenticata di ridarmi la mia pen drive che, tra l'altro, ha direttamente staccato dal pc senza nemmeno eseguire la rimozione sicura dell'hardware. (Grrr!!?) Molto disordine nel già piccolo locale (scatoli vuoti buttati qua e là, passeggino giocattolo di bambina davanti al bancone, pacchi di risme di fogli in vista sotto gli occhi (ed i piedi) dei clienti, quando invece dovrebbero essere tenuti in un magazzino(mi veniva voglia di mettermi a riordinare tutto quel disordine al posto loro). Traspare in modo evidente poca cura, pochissima professionalità, scarsa attenzione, superficialità, svogliatezza, poco impegno ed interesse nel fare bene il proprio lavoro. Decisamente migliore e più professionale l'altra gestione con lo stesso nome in via Crisanzio. Absolutely BAD service! Photocopies and prints with imperfections, lines and scattered spots of black and / or faded color (for me who am a careful and precise person it is not good at all!). They do not accept the "SI card" for university students (the other management instead does). The blonde lady didn't give me 10 cents of rest (Grrr! ?), she didn't issue the receipt and she forgot to give me back my pen drive which, by the way, has directly disconnected from the PC without even performing the removal secure hardware. (Grrr !! ?) Much clutter in the already small room (empty boxes thrown in here and there, a toy baby stroller in front of the counter, packets of reams of sheets in sight under the eyes (and feet) of the customers, when they should instead be kept in a warehouse (I I felt like putting myself in order to sort out all that mess in their place). Little care, very little professionalism, little attention, superficiality, listlessness, little commitment and interest in doing their job well are evident. The other management with the same name in via Crisanzio is definitely better and more professional.

A	Albert Uchytil on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very helpful staff, even though we had some trouble communicating in English. The black and white print was very good. Just beware that their computers do not support USB3 drives, but email solved this problem.
