★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chiamo al telefono per prenotare una visita e mi garantiscono che non serve appuntamento e sono sempre aperti, chiusi solo per le feste di natale e capodanno. Mi reco da loro dopo aver fatto 45 km e scopro che è chiuso straordinariamente di martedì. Ritorno la settimana dopo e la tipa dentro sembra che sia la prima volta che faccia una visita a qualcuno per un paio di occhiali. Non riesce a trovarmi le diottrie giuste e quando entra un cliente in negozio che dopo diversi minuti di attesa aspetta e chiede di lei per un servizio la signorina si spazientisce e mi manda dall'oculista.
Mai visto una più imbranata.
Per la cronaca mi reco in un altro negozio di zona e in dieci minuti mi trovano la diottria corretta ed erano pronti a farmi gli occhiali. Detto tutto.

For the record I go to another local shop and in ten minutes they find me the correct diopter and they were ready to make me glasses. All said.
