Inizialmente sono stati molto disponibili, fino a che non abbiamo pagato (il 100% del prezzo pattuito PRIMA della consegna dei mobili..!!!) Poi ci sono stati piccoli ritardi nella consegna, colore del tavolo da pranzo diverso da quello concordato.. niente di che. Il bello è stato quando dopo solo 1 anno abbiamo richiesto delle ante aggiuntive dello stesso colore della cucina per poter chiudere 2 vani a vista.. risposta: questo colore dei mobili presso il fornitore potrebbe NON essere più disponibile! Parliamo di un anta effetto legno nordico, colori moderni ed attuali. Abbiamo sollecitato un paio di volte, visto che la cucina è nuova, e dopo qualche mese, oltre a rispondere alla nostre richieste dandoci dei "clienti polemici", ci hanno fatto sapere per messaggio che questo colore NON sarà più disponibile. Quindi se per sbaglio si dovesse rompere qualcosa sulla cucina nuova, VismaArredo non potrebbe neanche darci la garanzia su sostituzione di un anta o di un sempplice cassetto. Rapporto qualità prezzo (su fascia media) più che accettabile, ma servizio post vendita da migliorare parecchio. We bought some furniture for the new house here, including the kitchen ... Initially they were very helpful, until we paid (100% of the agreed price BEFORE the delivery of the furniture .. !!!) Then there are were small delays in delivery, color of the dining table different from that agreed .. nothing special. The great thing was when after only 1 year we requested additional doors of the same color as the kitchen in order to close 2 exposed compartments .. answer: this color of the furniture at the supplier may NOT be available anymore! We are talking about a Nordic wood effect door, modern and current colors. We asked a couple of times, since the kitchen is new, and after a few months, in addition to responding to our requests by giving us "controversial customers", they let us know by message that this color will NOT be available anymore. So if by mistake something should break on the new kitchen, VismaArredo could not even give us the guarantee on the replacement of a door or a simple drawer. Value for money (in the mid-range) more than acceptable, but after-sales service needs to be improved a lot.

Arianna l'arredatrice ha elaborato in rendering il progetto e il mobilio lo rispetta perfettamente. Inoltre sottolineo la super professionalità nel montaggio ( pulizia, ordine e delicatezza) degli operatori. I relied on them to furnish most of the house and their service was impeccable. Arianna the interior designer has rendered the project and the furniture respects it perfectly. I also underline the super professionalism in the assembly (cleanliness, order and delicacy) of the operators.

Partendo dalla fase si progettazione dove è possibile spaziare con ogni possibile variabile, alla fase del montaggio tutto è stato perfetto. Mi sento di consigliare vivamente questo mobilificio per arredare una casa in modo impeccabile. grazie mille My wife and I bought both the kitchen and the bedroom for our new home and to date I can say that the choice was spot on. V	Valentino Spolaore on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo acquisitato una cucina importante (oltre 7 metri) nel 2020. La recensione considera un duplice aspetto: progettazione e realizzazione. Nella progettazione è andato tutto bene, ideata secondo le nostre esigenze tra un vario assortimento di ante e piani di lavoro, flessibilità nella scelta degli elettrodomestici, flessibilità nella modellazione. Confermiamo il progetto definitivo a metà giugno con consegna per la prima settimana di agosto. Consegna e montaggio non sono andate bene, come ci aspettavamo. La cucina ci viene montata a rate... Quattro uscite dei montatori che dalla prima settimana di agosto ci fanno avere la cucina vivibile a fine settembre. Abbiamo fatto fronte a degli errore di misurazione (per lunghezza piano lavoro e alzatina), oltre al fatto che il progetto consegnato ai montatori non era quello ultimo e definitivo condiviso con l'arredatore, ritardi nelle forniture (miscelatore e anta lavastoviglie sono state consegnate il 20 settembre), tavolo a isola presentava un evidente scheggiatura (poi sostituito per nostra scelta con tavolo più grande) e a fare da contorno pesante polemica via telefono con l'arredatore che risparmio di riportare qui. In definitiva per progettazione nulla da eccepire, da MIGLIORARE: - controllo qualità dei prodotti - assistenza post vendita - relazione con il cliente We acquired an important kitchen (over 7 meters) in 2020. In the design everything went well, conceived according to our needs among a various assortment of doors and worktops, flexibility in the choice of appliances, flexibility in modeling. We confirm the final project in mid-June with delivery for the first week of August. Delivery and assembly did not go as well as we expected. The kitchen is assembled for us in installments ...
