M	Miroslava Simova on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ LA MIA ESPERIENZA........ Ho prenotato 10 gg prima dovuto ad un forte dolore provocato da un dente di giudizio. Il giorno dell'appuntamento mi chiamano e mi dicono che il dottore e ritardo se voglio venire più tardi o spostare tra una settimana. La mia risposta è stata che vengo anche un ora dopo, perchè ho male. La sua risposta è stata che dopo di me ci sono altri due clienti con quali il dottore ha da fare, quindi sarebbe meglio che io sposti il mio appuntamento. NON ci potevo credere alle mie orecchie è un pò seccata ho chiesto "ma mi stà dicendo che loro sono più importanti di me?" La conclusione ho dovuto insistere per farmi visitare. LA VISITA Non serve che lo dico che è stata molto sbrigativa, dove mi hanno fatto una panoramica dove si vedeva il dente toccava il nervo. Dopo questo esito il dottore mi dice che devo toglierlo, ma si rifiuta a prendersi la responsabilità perchè teme eventuali complicanze/conseguenze. Quindi si lava le mani dicendomi che mi devo rivolgere all'ospedale per il semplice motivo che saranno loro a prendersi la responsabilità. All'uscita non mi danno ne meno la panoramica che e stata fata. Giudicate voi che genere di gente lavora lì, è che servizio possono dare alle persone. MY EXPERIENCE........ I could not believe my ears is a little annoyed I asked "but are you telling me that they are more important than me?" The conclusion I had to insist on being visited. VISIT No need to say that it was very quick, where they gave me an overview where you could see the tooth touching the nerve. After this outcome the doctor tells me that I have to remove it, but he refuses to take responsibility because he fears any complications / consequences. Then he washes his hands saying that I have to go to the hospital for the simple reason that they will take responsibility. At the exit do not give me less the overview that was fairy. You judge what kind of people work there, is what service they can give people.
S	Sofia Zanin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi serviva solo un parere per più impianti e capsule, ma non ho fatto in tempo a finire di fare la mia domanda (e quindi dire anche che abbiamo già tutte le copie dei raggi e della situazione completa della bocca) che il signore (dottore?) di fianco la ragazza alla reception mi risponde con un secco NO. Non è mi stato proposto nessun appuntamento e nessuna eventuale soluzione, e ancora peggio non mi ha nemmeno permesso che finissi di esporre il mio problema e vengo liquidata così. Forse sono bravi ma l'impatto con un possibile paziente è decisamente negativo. G	Giusy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oggi ho terminato l'ultima cura dentale con la dott.ssa dai bellissimi occhi a mandorla, è stata bravissima, cortese e disponibile, anche dopo avergli esposto un piccolo problemino. In passato ho avuto una brutta esperienza con un altro dentista e quindi ero terrorizzata. Invece sono rimasta molto soddisfatta del lavoro e credo che ci tornerò molto volentieri,soprattutto perchè mi sono sentita a mio agio. Le sale a mio avviso sono moderne e il personale si è sempre dimostrato competente e anche disponibile nel fornire spiegazioni e chiarimenti per la cura dentale. Mi sento di consigliarlo, anche per il buon rapporto qualità prezzo. I have been a customer for a few years, I feel good. They are punctual and friendly, and I have always found myself at ease. In my opinion, the rooms are modern and the staff has always proved competent and also available in providing explanations and clarifications for dental care. I would recommend it, also for its good value for money.
S	Simone Michelon on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fate pena, mi avete fatto pagare 80 per una Tac senza referto dicendomi che non avete il tecnico per produrre il referto in piu' ho chiamato la segreteria più volte in giorni diversi che aveva sempre la registrazione, gli uffici sono chiusi....con la scusa che siete al telefono, tanta chiacchera e poca professionalità, senza contare che prima di fare una bocca intera bisogna risolvere il problema che un paziente ha nell'immediato, 15 giorni per togliere un dente e poi sono dovuto andare da un'altra parte, non avrete molto futuro. PS: metterei zero se fosse possibile...!
