Mi ha lasciato un buono omaggio per fare il test dell'acqua di casa e per una loro consulenza e in fase di cosulenza sono stato piacevolmente sorpreso dalla professionalità del tecnico, non era il classico venditore aggressivo. Avevo già fatto altre consulenza in passato, un paio con aziende del nord italia, ma virtus è stata l'unica ad ispirarmi fiducia. Oltretutto hanno un servizio di assisternza buonissimo. Ho avuto un problema e dopo circa 6 ore sono arrivati a sistemare tutto, gratuitamente. Avere un'azienda in loco è fondamentale. Bravi continuate cosi. consigliato I met Virtus by chance in a shopping center, through their promoter. He left me a gift certificate to do the home water test and for their advice and during the consultation phase I was pleasantly surprised by the professionalism of the technician, he was not the classic aggressive salesman. I had already done other consultations in the past, a couple with companies in northern Italy, but virtus was the only one to inspire me with confidence. Moreover, they have a very good customer service. I had a problem and after about 6 hours they got everything fixed, for free. Having a company on site is essential. Well done keep it up. recommended

Conosciuti tramite internet ho installato dopo 2 giorni il virtus Frio, cosi bevo anche acqua frizzante fredda. lo uso ormai da qualche settimana e mi trovo benissimo, non ho dovuto nemmeno forare il lavello. finalmente ho svuotato casa da mille casse d'acqua e uso l'acqua anche per cucinare, una svolta. Azienda seria e prodotti italiani di qualità. Great experience. Helpful and qualified staff. Che dire, personale di presentazione molto qualificato, viene spiegato il prodotto con semplicità e nella sua interezza senza fronzoli o altro. Personale del montaggio, altrettanto bravo e competente. La comodità è veramente unica niente più bottiglie in casa e niente plastica da smaltire, quindi anche l'ambiente ci ringrazia. Il depuratore è molto piccolo non invadente in cucina e silenzioso. Il prezzo è adeguato a ciò che si compra, quindi in linea con il depuratore. Per quanto mi riguarda mi sento di raccomandare tranquillamente questo prodotto non ve ne pentirete. Really great product. G	GRAZIANA OREFICE on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo fatto montare il depuratore da piú di un mese in casa con rubinetto per acqua naturale e frizzante, chiedendo di adeguarci l’impianto a basso residuo fisso quindi adatta ai lattanti. Ci stiamo trovando benissimo, abbiamo sempre l’acqua fresca che scorre dal secondo rubinetto (piccolo non toglie spazio ed è fatto molto bene). Inoltre, abbiamo eliminato tantissima plastica e la fatica fisica e logistica di avere le casse in casa. In più l’acqua si conserva benissimo nelle bottiglie di vetro. Lorenzo Malara che ci ha seguito nella presentazione è stato disponibile sia nel pre che nel post vendita. Installazione super veloce (il giorno dopo la firma del contratto) e il tecnico ha fatto un ottimo lavoro nel posizionamento dell’impianto, non togliendo spazio e risolvendo senza troppe complicazioni il problema del punto luce non vicinissimo al punto di installazione. Una soluzione da valutare con la professionalità di questa azienda! Lorenzo Malara who followed us in the presentation was available in both pre and post sales. Super fast installation (the day after signing the contract) and the technician did an excellent job in positioning the system, not taking up space and solving the problem of the light point not very close to the installation point without too many complications. A solution to be evaluated with the professionalism of this company!
