(avevo infiltrazione di acqua nel soffitto al piano di sotto)non mi hanno voluto dare alcuna assistenza poichè stavano facendo l'inventario, e quindi dovevo aspettare il 7 gennaio che avrebbero riaperto al pubblico. Essendo l'unico centro di assistenza grohe non mi è sembrato un comportamento corretto visto l'estrema urgenza, ma evidentemente l'inventario è sacro.... quindi per non avere più a che fare con loro ho cambiato direttamente la cassetta. Finche loro saranno esclusivisti della Grohe, non comprerò più prodotti Grohe.
Contacted for an urgent problem with the toilet cistern on Dec 28th (I had water leaking into the ceiling downstairs) they didn't want to give me any assistance as they were taking inventory, so I had to wait until January 7th they would reopened to the public. Being the only grohe assistance center, it didn't seem correct behavior given the extreme urgency, but obviously the inventory is sacred .... so to no longer have to deal with them I changed the cassette directly. As long as they are Grohe exclusivists, I will not buy Grohe products anymore.
