Il tecnico che é venuto poi, saccente e abbastanza meleducato ha hatto degli interventi che dopo un paio di giorni si stava come prima e cioé al freddo. Non é secondo me una ditta seria. Da evitare assolutissimamenteVisto che non riesco a rispondere alla sua risposta alla recenzione lo faccio di seguito. Il suo tencico non le ha specificato che le modifiche all' impianto sono state fatte ventuno anni fa e tutto ha funzionato bene fino ad adesso. Inoltre i lavori fatti al momento sono risultati vani dopo due o tre giorni. I termosifoni riparati erano freddi. Per l' appuntamento definito solo da voi la prima voltalo avete spostato voi. Per la seconda,sempre decisa da voi,ho dovuto prendere un giorno di ferie. Non é colpa mia se ci avete saltati sia a me che ad altri condomini. Ne ho dovuto ptenderne un altro. Le pare che dopo avver smosso mari e monti non mi facessi trovare a casa. Vi siete dienticati? Boh, forse ero su una altra lista. Comunque anche noi lavoriamo e gli appuntamenti dovrebberom essere decisi congiuntamente. Rimango a disposizione per qualsiasi civile comunicazione. Incapaci, imbarazzanti, cafoni, sbruffoni...potrei andare avanti all'infinito...ma il messaggio è chiaro state alla larga da questa gente! Dopo aver preventivato un lavoro importante e urgente con oltre un mese di preavviso si sono presentati con 4 giorni di ritardo con materiale assente e non conforme al preventivo. Risultato: siamo senza acqua calda, senza riscaldamento e con la vecchia caldaia buttata nel giardino da smaltire! Ignorance, saccenza, incompetence and superficiality !!! Incapable, embarrassing, peasants, braggart ... I could go on forever ... but the message is clear stay away from these people! After having estimated an important and urgent job with more than one month's notice, they showed up 4 days late with material absent and not compliant with the estimate. Impianto vecchi di 70 anni con bruciatore di almeno 20, segnalata la problematica il 24 dicembre alle 19 sul numero dedicato della reperibilità. Alle 21 era tutto perfettamente funzionante, ed il giorno dopo - 25 dicembre - sono passati a controllare che tutto fosse in ordine. Professionalità fuori da qualsiasi standard, i miei più vivi compliementi. Rimanendo io e la mia famiglia al freddo la mattina presto. Il tecnico (gentile) è venuto, ha risolto il problema, ma il giorno dopo la caldaia era in blocco di nuovo (per me era un problema di timer). Ma il problema non è questo. Almeno personalmente, mi sono scontrato con una assistenza clienti estremamente saccente e al limite della maleducazione. Un muro. Non un filtro. Oltre ad avere informazioni errate: credevano abitassi all'ultimo piano ma così non è. Mi davano degli orari sbagliati di accensione della caldaia. E potrei continuare. In poche parole...non ascoltano i clienti e le loro problematiche. Ad onor del vero, ad oggi per fortuna, la caldaia si accende all'orario previsto in assemblea. Ma che fatica!!!
