They promise a delivery within 24/48 from the order, but in my case the product had not arrived after 8 days. I wanted to cancel the order and claim a refund.

Dovreste scrivere "i tempi di consegna sono indicati dal trasportatore 24/48/72h....una settimana, un mese un anno dipende da loro"
Order placed on December 20, they say shipped on 21, to date 24 I have not received anything !!!! Senza spiegazione alcuna è stato effettuato il rimborso sul medesimo sistema di pagamento dopo poche ore. Se il prodotto non era disponibile (in quantità e/o ml acquistati) avreste dovuti controllare il Vostro sito ed aggiornarlo e/o quantomeno avvertire "educatamente" (come già accaduto con altre Faemacie online) per aver fatto perdere tempo alle persone che cercano quel determinato prodotto via internet.
Made a purchase on their site (after registration) and successful with PayPal. Without any explanation, the refund was made on the same payment system after a few hours. If the product was not available (in quantity and / or ml purchased) you should have checked your site and updated it and / or at least warned "politely" (as has already happened with other online Faemacie) for having wasted time for people looking for that certain product via the internet.
