G	Guido Stefanelli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho acquistato da Forniture Conti una Nikon Z6 che mi è stata venduta da Matteo priva della scheda XQD che in negozio non era disponibile: ho quindi ordinato la scheda XQD che non sapevano dirmi quando sarebbe arrivata. Passati tre mesi che non potevo ancora utilizzare la fotocamera già pagata mi chiamano dal call center e mi dicono che la scheda XQD non arriva più e che l'ordine veniva annullato. Ho quindi dovuto acquistare la scheda XQD e il lettore di schede da Foto Colombo facendomi 2 ore di viaggio in auto. Un mese fa ho acquistato On-line da Forniture Conti attratto dal prezzo conveniente un obiettivo Tamron 150-600G2 per Nikon +Teleconverter 1,4x: l'obbiettivo è arrivato il giorno dopo l'acquisto ma sorpresa: non ha il firmware aggiornato perciò non lo posso utilizzare con la mia Nikon Z 7II: Paolo Junior mi aveva assicurato che sarebbe arrivato col firmware aggiornato e che comunque avrebbero potuto aggiornarmelo in negozio senza problemi. Arrivato l'obbiettivo lo stesso Paolo Junior mi dice che è dispiaciuto ma che non possono aggiornarmelo in negozio perché sprovvisti della tap-in console. Quindi Paolo Junior mi propone di ordinare la tap-in console di Tamron che lui dice mi venderà ad un prezzo scontato e che dovrebbe arrivare in 15 giorni. E' passato un mese e mezzo e finalmente è arrivata la Tap-In Console e mi hanno fatto l'aggiornamento del firmware in negozio che però mi hanno fatto pagare 10 euro per l'operazione quindi assistenza non gratuita. Spero che in futuro mi trattino meglio. I bought a Nikon Z6 from Forniture Conti that was sold to me by Matteo without the XQD card that was not available in the shop: I then ordered the XQD card that they couldn't tell me when it would arrive. Having reached the goal, Paolo Junior himself tells me that he is sorry but that they cannot update it in the shop because they do not have the tap-in console. So Paolo Junior offers me to order Tamron's tap-in console which he says will sell me at a discounted price and which should arrive in 15 days. It's been a month and a half and finally the Tap-In Console arrived and they made me update the firmware in the shop but they charged me 10 euros for the operation, therefore assistance not free. I hope they will treat me better in the future.

Disponibilità in 14giorni, sono passati due mesi e faccio fatica a ricevere qualsiasi tipo di risposta dal loro servizio clienti via mail. Ho aperto la contestatzione paypal. Dopo la contestazione hanno risposto e hanno messo l'ordine in rimborso. I bought a lens on their website. Conoscevo già l'azienda in quanto essendo un professionista che lavora con Canon spesso giro sul web alla ricerca di fornitori seri e soprattutto affidabili. Visto che dovevo acquistare una nuova Canon 5D Mark IV ho iniziato la mia ricerca ed ho visto che i prezzi sul web sono tutti praticamente uguali. Motivo per cui ho optato per FC in quanto offre un pagamento dilazionato in 10 comode rate + una mini rata finale. Dopo aver effettuato l'ordine ed aver ottenuto l'ok per il finanziamento sono trascorsi 5gg lavorativi prima che avvenisse la spedizione per motivi burocratici bancari. Arriva il pacco ma aimè è semidistrutto e con esso anche la confezione della macchinetta. Ho prontamente effettuato le fotografie del danno ed ho comunicato il problema a FC che a mia grande sorpresa ha affrontato subito il problema in maniera EGREGIA. Hanno prenotato il corriere per il ritiro della macchina danneggiata e contestualmente hanno fatto partire una nuova macchinetta. Nel giro di un giorno tutto risolto, restituita la prima e ricevuto la seconda. Sinceramente sono anni che acquisto on line ma un servizio del genere, così efficiente e risolutivo non l'ho mai visto, nemmeno Amazon sarebbe stato così rapido. Quindi non posso far altro che elogiare FC e tutto il suo staff, in particolare Lorenzo che si occupa dell'assistenza e che mi ha rassicurato sin da subito. Quindi che altro aggiungere... I promptly took the photos of the damage and communicated the problem to FC who, to my great surprise, immediately dealt with the problem in an EGREGIAN way. They booked the courier to collect the damaged car and at the same time they started a new machine. Within a day everything was resolved, the first returned and the second received. Honestly, I have been buying online for years but I have never seen such an efficient and decisive service, not even Amazon would have been so fast. So I can't help but praise FC and all its staff, in particular Lorenzo who takes care of assistance and who reassured me right away. So what else to add ... HIGHLY RECOMMENDED !!!
