Maleducata oltre ogni modo, nonostante avessi la ricetta e loro avevano il medicinale mancante, ho chiesto se potevo avere lo stesso medicinale di grammatura inferiore .... prima mi stava dando il generico con la stessa tipologia. Che mi sarebbe andato anche bene, poi quando gli ho chiesto di potere avere lo stesso farmaco ma orosolubile, dicendo che in altre farmacie me lo davano, si è rifiutata di darmi e l'una e l'altra. Presa da orgoglio che non mi fornivo solo da lei. Con saccenza mi risponde"...sa cosa le dico? Non le do nemmeno questo". Basita metto via la mia ricetta e le dico che non è questo il modo di venire incontro ai pazienti. Postmetto che il medicinale in questione era per mia madre anziana e che da anni lo prende e si è sempre rivolta a loro. Signora Maleducata... proprio maleducata, ha ragione la gente di quartiere a non voler farsi servire da lei, ma dal farmacista o dalla ragazza molto attenta e disponibile.
