Se sono di Cava e voglio una polo di Etro devo pagarla al prezzo di inizio stagione, mentre tanti negozi on line, a luglio, la vendono al 50%. Se andate on line e volete comprare su Virno i prezzi sono altissimi se comparati agli stessi degli altri negozi in periodo di saldi. Contenti loro...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mio marito che da anni spende stipendi interi in questo negozio ha chiesto la cortesia di trovare una soluzione ad un buchetto che si era fatto su una manica di un giubbino K way la prima volta indossato . Il titolare del negozio ci ha risposto che le sue sarte non avevano tempo .....per noi in questo periodo natalizio e ci ha indicato una sartoria di cava dove andare a chiedere....
ora , vorrei dire al gentil signore...Mio marito da anni spende nei suoi negozi, si è rivolto a lei con la massima gentilezza , ha chiesto una cortesia sapendo che lei ha delle sarte abituate a lavorare su questi capi , poichè è un cliente abituale , lei avrebbe dovuto " accarezzarlo " , prendere questo giubbino e dire, non si preoccupi ci pensiamo noi ( anche pagando ...) e non liquidarci in quel modo . Il sarto me lo so cercare anche da sola ma non è questo il punto ! con questo gesto di chiusura ci avete perso come clienti.
My husband, who for years has been spending whole salaries in this shop, asked for the courtesy to find a solution to a little hole he had made on the sleeve of a K way jacket the first time he wore it. The owner of the shop replied that his seamstresses didn't have time ..... for us at this Christmas time and he showed us a cava tailor shop where to go and ask ....
now, I would like to say to the gentleman ... My husband has been spending years in his shops, he has turned to you with the utmost kindness, he asked for a courtesy knowing that you have seamstresses used to working on these garments, as he is a customer habitual, she should have "caressed him", take this jacket and say, don't worry we'll take care of it (even paying ...) and not liquidate us like that. I know how to look for a tailor myself, but that's not the point! with this closing gesture you have lost us as customers.
