★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff are rude and the gym is crowded. Needless to say it is freaking expensive to join. Disappointed. I wish there were more competition in this area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in for a free trial and received a very unfriendly welcome. The worker at reception told me it was his 'job' to get me to fill out the 25€ daily visit form and that it was only possible to receive the trial I wanted via an online booking. When I didn't want to fill out the form and pay, he proceeded to slam doors and openly complain to his colleague. After booking online and going in the next day, I was greeted by two other workers who began to question why I was speaking English and not Italian (I try my best, but have only begun to learn the language so it's tourist-level at best). They snickered to each other in front of my face and laughed at every question I had about where the changerooms were and when I went to answer a short form they gave me. I was shocked by the service, which was completely and utterly rude. Thankfully the the calisthenics area was great and I could enjoy a workout there. Needless to say however, I would never go back.

The people in the reception are friendly and helpful.
There are different kinds of courses that you can participate everyday and you don’t need to pay separately for that.
There are a lot of different machines you can use.
You can also have a body check test for free if you ask them.
There is a swimming pool, jacuzzi and sauna.
The only problem is that sometimes it gets too crowded.
Totally it’s worth it to try☺️
