Attese faraoniche, piatti arrivati in ordini sparso, agli antipasti freddi sono preceduti i primi per non parlare della NON-professionalità dei camerieri. Ciliegina sulla torta...il conto! Experience to forget, place to avoid. If these are restaurateurs the category should be ashamed. Pharaonic waits, dishes arrived in scattered orders, cold appetizers are preceded by the first not to mention the NON-professionalism of the waiters. The icing on the cake ... the bill!

Sicuramente consigliato per una pausa caffè o per la colazione. Struttura molto accogliente e ben gestita Very nice bar / restaurant in front of the municipality. B	Benedetta Gugliotta on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terribile. Capisco il periodo caotico ma è stata un'esperienza pessima. Tavoli sporchi, api ovunque attratte dallo zucchero sparso dappertutto. L'unica cameriera nel locale ovviamente non è stata in grado di gestire tutti i tavoli occupati: abbiamo aspettato un sacco di tempo per essere serviti e si è anche dimenticata un ordine per una persona, che è arrivato dopo, quando tutti gli altri avevano già finito. I gelati non erano disponibili perché il freezer era a sbrinare, le granite disponibili in tre gusti e quelle a disposizione avevano un sapore pessimo. Al momento di fare lo scontrino hanno aggiunto una granita e inserito prodotti che poi successivamente sono stati stornati. In totale erano stati segnati 4,50 euro in più. Mi dispiace ma sicuramente non torneremo più. Terrible. I understand the chaotic time but it was a very bad experience. Dirty tables, bees everywhere attracted by the sugar scattered everywhere. Una nota di merito va alla simpatia e alla cordialità di Stefano che ci ha coccolati e sfamati con leccornie dolci e salate di ogni genere. Donne, io ormai sono sposata, ma non lasciatevi sfuggire Stefano, che oltre quanto già detto è alto, bello, occhio chiari e capelli rossi. Consigliatissimo! Per non parlare della simpatia e gentilezza dei ragazzi al Bancone e dei camerieri. Ci torneremo Sicuramente Bar in front of the Vigata Police Station. L	Lau on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ristoratori improvvisati e addebiti di piatti mai arrivati. Nonostante la prenotazione 20.30-21.00, abbiamo atteso circa 2 ore e 30 per essere serviti. Dopo tanta attesa sono arrivati due primi, anziché i 4 identici antipasti freddi richiesti. Successivamente sono arrivati solo 2 dei 4 antipasti freddi richiesti e alle ore 23.40 il ristoratore ci chiedeva se poteva annullare i due tranci di spada attesi dalle 21.... A fronte di un disagio di questa portata (attesa di 4 ore per consumare un antipasto freddo e non vedere nulla della città), abbiamo richiesto uno sconto, che il ristoratore ha simulato di accordarci. Esausti di attendere il conto a tavola, ci siamo alzati e siamo andati in cassa. Il cassiere al posto dello sconto ci ha addebitato 2 tranci di spada che non erano mai arrivati e che il ristoratore stesso ci aveva chiesto di poter annullare. A fronte della mia richiesta di avere lo scontrino il cassiere con aria altezzosa e di superiorità si è rivolto a me, dicendo che aveva fatto anche uno "sconto". Abbiamo pagato pur di non vederli mai più. E signori miei, di sotto vedete "lo sconto", ovvero lo storno di un addebito illecito di 2 tranci di spada mai arrivati al tavolo. Questo è un posto assolutamente da evitare a Scicli. Peraltro mi hanno anche fatto fare una pessima figura con amici, parenti e cugini. Dato che avevo chiamato io e prenotato io questo posto. Personale gentilissimo e attento. Un plauso speciale a Stefano per il servizio ai tavoli. Excellent bar in a splendid location right in front of the "Vigata Police Station" (and this alone is worth sitting at the tables). Very kind and attentive staff.
