★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Assolutamente non professionali. Il mio pacco è fermo da 5 giorni a Palermo e, invece del rimborso immediato, mi propongono di rifiutare la consegna per ricevere il rimborso. Facendomi così attendere chissà quanti altri giorni.
Update: contattando il customer service via email ho ricevuto il rimborso, a differenza di quanto mi era stato comunicato prima durante la telefonata. I due reparti dovrebbero essere meno indipendenti e non fornire risposte completamente differenti.
Absolutely unprofessional. My package has been stopped for 5 days in Palermo and, instead of immediate refund, they offer me to refuse delivery to receive the refund. So making me wait who knows how many more days.
Update: by contacting customer service via email I received the refund, unlike what was communicated to me earlier during the phone call. The two departments should be less independent and not give completely different answers.
