Alla recensione che è pubblica il tempo di reazione è stato praticamente immediato e solo per scaricare a noi la colpa di una vostra mancanza. Il pistacchio a noi arrivato manca completamente di freschezza...Non ho detto che non è tostato. E prima di procedere con l'ordine le informazioni le abbiamo lette, la tranquillizzo che sappiamo leggere l'italiano. Nel sito parlate di freschezza e fragranza, qualità a noi non pervenute. Nel sito si dice che il pistacchio detto a bocca aperta deve presentare un'apertura anche di pochi millimetri...più della metà completamente chiusi! La confezione, da 1 chilo, lo rammento, comunque non era sottovuoto come mostrato nel vostro sito. Comunque se i vostri prodotti sono così buoni io li cedo al prossimo cliente. Per fortuna il mercato offre altre alternative! La prima regola del commercio è che il cliente ha sempre ragione... basta saper ascoltare!!! Poi che io sia abituata a comprarli al supermercato è una vostra supposizione per prendervi la ragione...come pure che io non conosca il prodotto. La stessa supposizione che potrei fare io pensando che il prodotto spedito non rispecchiasse le qualità vantate solo per vendere facile!!! I've done reporting Sunday but my partner well before. Ho comprato anche la crema spalmabile di pistacchio buonissima, crea dipendenza, è già a metà barattolo. anche la pasta di nocciole al 100% è ottima per la preparazione del gelato e dolci in genere. Il servizio di Instagram poi celere e disponibilissimo a rispondere a dubbi, tempi di consegna e anche ricette! Consigliatissimo! Li abbiamo anche assaggiati (ma aspettiamo Natale per il panettone al pistacchio) e siamo rimasti meravigliati dalla bontà del pistacchio. Il torroncino classico a me non piace, ma questo al pistacchio è fenomenale! Questa ditta è fantastica sia per la qualità dei prodotti sia per la gentilezza e la disponibilità dimostrata per la spedizione. Consiglio vivamente! Aggiornamento dopo le feste: tutto straordinariamente meraviglioso! Il panettone con la crema era paradisiaco, il pesto di pistacchio una favola (ho preparato le lasagne al pistacchio e mortadella), il torrone morbidissimo e non eccessivamente dolce, il barattolone di crema dolce al pistacchio è stato spalmato su un pandoro e lo ha reso fenomenale. Ancora non ho terminato i prodotti della cesta, ma posso assicurare che sono semplicemente pura poesia. Ripeto: consiglio vivamente! We also tasted them (but we are waiting for Christmas for the pistachio panettone) and we were amazed by the goodness of the pistachio. I don't like the classic nougat, but this pistachio one is phenomenal! This company is fantastic both for the quality of the products and for the kindness and availability shown for shipping. I highly recommend! Update after the holidays: all extraordinarily wonderful! The panettone with the cream was heavenly, the pistachio pesto a fairy tale (I made the lasagna with pistachio and mortadella), the soft and not excessively sweet nougat, the sweet pistachio cream jar was spread on a pandoro and phenomenal. I still haven't finished the products in the basket, but I can assure you that they are simply pure poetry. I repeat: highly recommend!

Ho ordinato due panettoni e mi sono arrivati ammaccati, oltretutto uno con il sacchetto lacerato. La loro risposta è stata che, a giudicare dalle foto, non erano poi così ammaccati come dicevo. Per quanto riguarda il sacchetto lacerato, a detta loro era impossibile che fosse arrivato in quello stato. Alla fine hanno smesso di rispondere alle mail lavandosene le mani Aggiornamento 15/01 Confermo che la mail che mi è stata inviata è quella che avete appena riportato, peccato che il Sig. Fabio non è rimasto in attesa dal momento che alla mail successiva non ha risposto (e come scritto nella recensione iniziale) lavandosene le mani. I was so excited to try it, cause he said that it was number one brand and very delicious. But I saw it was expired like almost 4 years ago. I don’t know why would you still sell a product that expired 4 years ago.
