★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poco tempo fà, periodo covid, in pieno lock down, ho avuto un imprevisto in quanto a mia madre si è rotta la chiave nella serratura della porta di casa (di domenica e con tutta l'Italia bloccata...); ho chiamato, riponendo però poche speranze nella risposta... visto il periodo particolarissimo: Vincent in 15 minuti è arrivato a casa di mia madre a risolvere il problema, ad un prezzo del tutto accettabile.
Io credo che ricorderò a lungo questo episodio, per il tempestivo ma soprattutto ESEMPLARE SERVIZIO RICEVUTO. Grazie Vincent!!!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho chiesto Un intervento per una porta blindata, appena arrivato a casa il "tecnico " era già scocciato , guarda la porta e mi dice si doveva spendere sui 300 euro , poi smonta il pannello ma rompe la cornice, e mi comunica che se continua dovrà rompere anche il pannello e ci vogliono altri 350euro ??... dico di rimontare il tutto e lasciar stare , mi chiede 40 euro per l'uscita..... il giorno successivo personalmente smonto la porta senza rompere nnt e con 50 euro sistemo il tutto.... peccato nn posso dare 0 stelle
