Il servizio di sistemazione della chiave NON è andato a buon fine; alla fine del lavoro la chiave aveva gli stessi problemi della chiave da sistemare; morale è stato pagato un involucro di plastica 40€.
In particolare l'ultima volta che si siamo presentati (al terzo appuntamento) non ci è stata offerta una soluzione alternativa per tentare di risolvere il problema e la chiave ci è stata restituita nelle medesime condizioni in cui si trovava all'inizio (tranne per l'involucro di plastica).

The key arrangement service was NOT successful; at the end of the job the key had the same problems as the key to be fixed; moral was paid a plastic wrap 40 €.
In particular, the last time we showed up (on the third appointment) we were not offered an alternative solution to try to solve the problem and the key was returned to us in the same condition in which it was at the beginning (except for the 'plastic casing).
