★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho avuto la sfortuna di ordinare una semplice lampadina per uno strumento della Heine, la quale è stata anticipatamente pagata tramite bonifico e mi era stato assicurato che la lampadina sarebbe stata consegnata entro e non oltre 15 gg dall’ordine, passati i 15 giorni ho provato a ricontattare l’azienda e per l’ennesima volta mi hanno detto che in settimana mi sarebbe arrivata la lampadina; ad oggi sono più di 30 gg e io non ricevuto ne la lampadina e neanche una chiamata per scusarsi del ritardo e tanto meno i soldi indietro. SCONSIGLIO VIVAMENTE DI ACQUISTARE PRODOTTI DA QUESTA AZIENDA PERCHÉ NON È ASSOLUTAMENTE SERIA!!!!!
I had the misfortune to order a simple bulb for a Heine instrument, which was paid in advance by bank transfer and I was assured that the bulb would be delivered no later than 15 days from the order, after 15 days I tried to contact the company again and for the umpteenth time they told me that the light bulb would arrive in the week; to date are more than 30 days and I have not received the light bulb and not even a call to apologize for the delay and much less the money back. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND TO BUY PRODUCTS FROM THIS COMPANY BECAUSE IT IS ABSOLUTELY NOT SERIOUS !!!!!

Le recensioni negative sono state sicuramente fatte da Competitor o persone invidiose al solo scopo di sabotaggio, poiché data la professionalità e la precisione con la quale operano da sempre è veramente improbabile che queste trovino riscontro nella realtà.
Products arrived quickly and in excellent condition!
I have been buying from them for years and have always had a great time especially since they introduced e-commerce thanks to which it is even easier to purchase and receive assistance.
The negative reviews have certainly been made by Competitors or envious people for the sole purpose of sabotage, since given the professionalism and precision with which they have always operated it is really unlikely that these will be reflected in reality.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ieri è arrivato il materiale. L'imballo è stato fatto male. Sul fondo dello scatolone c'era un'unica striscia di nastro adesivo che prendeva appena uno dei due lembi, pertanto è arrivato mezzo aperto (mancano 4 scatole di compresse di garza sterili)
Yesterday the material arrived. The packaging was badly done. At the bottom of the box was a single strip of adhesive tape that just caught one of the two flaps, so it arrived half open (4 boxes of sterile gauze pads are missing)

Totally dissatisfied, products ordered and paid in advance and never arrived until today. They say ready for delivery in 72 hours, then send contradicting emails about delivery. To be avoided absolutely, there are companies that are much more serious and more professional.
