Com'era!!!villino liberty nel quale è racchiuso i fasti di un tempo che fu.fatiscente e in decadimento,manca di ristrutturazione primaria,rispettando lo stile dell'immobile,gestito male.le uniche migliorie? sono state apportate dagli inquilini che ,nonistante tutto sono trattati male,i topi la fanno da padroni,la discesa a mare sembra più la discesa negli inferi.le finestre vecchie non chiudono,d'inverno in casa c'è la bufera,se piove poi entra l'acqua da ogni finestra e dalla porta d'entrata,mi era stato descritto come condominio di lusso invece è un ricettacolo d'immondizia, che dire pessima esperienza
 How? How it was !!! Art nouveau villa in which the glories of a time that was enclosed is. Tired and in decay, it lacks primary restructuring, respecting the style of the building, badly managed. The only improvements? they were made by the tenants who, despite everything are treated badly, the mice are the masters, the descent to the sea seems more like the descent into the underworld. the old windows do not close, in the winter there is a storm in the house, if it rains then the water enters from every window and from the entrance door, it was described to me as a luxury condominium instead it is a receptacle of garbage, what to say bad experience
