My sincere congratulations for the services received by B&B sweet home. Great room, bathroom and breakfast not to mention the staff. Really accomplished!

Camera moderna e molto comoda e pulita. La consiglio vivamente. Un grazie alla signora Lucia. I stayed at this property. Strategic position both as proximity to the sea and to the historic center. The breakfast offered is excellent and varied. Modern and very comfortable and clean room. I highly recommend it. Thanks to Mrs. Lucia.
R	RitaForEver91 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La proprietaria, la signora Lucia, è una persona dolcissima e immensamente gentile. ❤❤❤❤ Io e mio marito abbiamo pernottato, e ci siamo trovati benissimo. Il parcheggio c'è, la camera è pulita e ha tutto ciò che serve, la colazione è stata ottima. Il mare è proprio a due passi, come anche il santuario. Ci ritorneremo, dobbiamo provare la camera con l'idromassaggio ?
b	barbara colella on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Di solito non lascio mai recensioni negative perché non sono molto pretenziosa ma questa esperienza è stata veramente negativa. Mi associo a tutti gli altri utenti rispetto alla scortesia della proprietaria e alla velocità con cui ha voluto il saldo della stanza ancora prima di entrare e frettolosa ad andare via dandoci qualche informazione molto approssimativa. Colazione assente, ci è stato consegnato un coupon di un bar che effettivamente era adiacente alla struttura ma sul coupon era indicato un indirizzo che dista circa a 1 km dalla struttura. Arrivati sul posto il locale era chiuso. Contatto telefonicamente la signora la quale mi dice che non conosce quel posto e mi rimanda al locale adiacente la struttura. Torniamo indietro per fare colazione e avevamo un caffè o cappuccino o succo di frutta e un cornetto che era stantio, sicuramente del giorno prima. In stanza non c'era neanche una sedia e neanche nel balcone della stanza. Insomma esperienza negativa. Ad essere cortese non ci vuole niente, soprattutto se gestisci una struttura. I usually never leave bad reviews as I'm not very pretentious but this experience was really bad. I agree with all the other users regarding the rudeness of the owner and the speed with which she wanted the balance of the room even before entering and in a hurry to leave, giving us some very approximate information. No breakfast, we were given a coupon from a bar that was actually adjacent to the structure but the coupon indicated an address which is about 1 km from the structure. Arrived on the spot the place was closed. I contact the lady by phone who tells me she doesn't know that place and sends me back to the room adjacent to the structure. We go back for breakfast and had a coffee or cappuccino or juice and a croissant that was stale, certainly from the day before. There was not even a chair in the room and not even on the balcony of the room. In short, negative experience. It doesn't take anything to be courteous, especially if you run a business.

J	JIN SU Lee on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have booked the room through Agoda and cancelled within 20 minutes but The arrival date was just one day after I had booked so Nettuno B&B have charged the whole amount even I have cancelled within 20 minutes. This is a horrible ridiculous B&B that I have never experienced. I strongly recommend not to book this B&B.
