★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Realizzato nel 1874-1878 da Ernesto Basile, insieme al padre GiovanBattista come residenza estiva, la villa si trova sulla strada statale, accanto al passaggio a livello. È ancora in buone condizioni, ma disabitata. Rappresenta insieme alle altre ville Liberty accanto la stazione ferroviaria un periodo felice per il borgo di Santa Flavia. L' augurio è che i cittadini riescano a usare in modo appropriato questo tesoro culturale per far risorgere la cittadina.
Built in 1874-1878 by Ernesto Basile, together with his father GiovanBattista as a summer residence, the villa is located on the main road, next to the level crossing. It is still in good condition, but uninhabited. Together with the other Liberty villas next to the railway station, it represents a happy period for the village of Santa Flavia. The hope is that citizens will be able to use this cultural treasure appropriately to resurrect the town.
