The rooms are very very basic and and some are very small ( tiny). We wanted to change to a bigger room but had to pay €30 extra a night. On the up side, if all u want is somewhere to lay ur head this will do. The pool is lovely. And the staff are helpfull it is cheap and cheerful but after paying the extra €30 a night supplements we could have afforded a better hotel so dont get caught. Another tip. Taxis are outrageously experience €40.00 for the 3 klm to sorrento. The train is cheep only around €2 to sorrento but they finish service early every night 9.30/ 10.00 o clock, its a 15 min walk to the train station from the hotel so watch ur times for the train if there is a que for tickets you can miss it even though ur in the station. Tickets to Naples are around €4.00 it takes a hour. Taxi €120.00. Air transfers are around €20.00 book them early.

What a disgraceful place! How could this place be open still. When your on a school trip you don't expect it to be perfect but you expect it to be bearable. When we got there we had to wait 2 extra hours to get our rooms. The rooms were hideous the rooms stunk they were ant infested. We only had a sheet to sleep under as the blankets provided also stunk like they hadn't been washed and they were crusty. Some of the rooms were falling apart and had something stuck in the toilet that wouldn't flush away. The staff didn't really care about the pupils as to make sure there was a lifeguard on duty so that when back at the hostel they could go in the pool. Giving the teachers a rest of mind knowing they are safe. When there was complaints about my noisy Dutch neighbours nothing was done about it we were just told that they were going the next day which landed in that night having a very scary night with them banging on my door and window at 1 in the morning keeping up most of the night. The food that we were given was appalling the breakfast was just bread rolls with a couple choices of jam but the bread rolls were stale. For lunch we had the same bread rolls with some sort of slimy food in that no one ate. For dinner every night we had raw "meat" when asked what meat it was, all that was said was "meat meat" not answering the question. On the last day we were going to get the train to sorrento but the day was ruined as 2 people had to do to hospital as they were passing out and being sick. On the plane home yet another person became as I'll as them and multiple others also started to get the same symptoms. Due to this non of them have been allowed to go to school until after 48 hours after the symptoms stop. DON'T GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR HOLIDAY RUINED!

The staff were wonderful and welcoming. The breakfast is basic but good, coffee machine, cereal, rolls and croissants. Yes the rolls are hard. That's how they should be. Nice swimming pool. There are cats on site. My daughter feel in love with a cat's there. The accomodation was very basic, camping style.if you do camping its an upgrade if you don't camp, it wouldn't be for you. Fantastic location. Beautiful soundings, local soup like Aldi, really handy. There is a kids play area near by, bars and railway station sorento di piano. We had a cheap holiday there, served its purpose.

We were on a school trip for 4 days and 3 nights. The bunk beds have no ladders. All the beds had only a thing sheet given to keep warm at night. There were blankets but they were crispy and stiff and I felt unhygienic touching them. However, they were the only thing that could keep me just about warm at night as the rooms were freezing at night. Bathroom stank and we refused to walk around the room without flip flops on as it was so dirty, even the shower was dirty. After about 10-15 minutes of using the shower all the hot water had gone cold, so some of us had to have cold showers. We were only given a little food bin for all our rubbish and it had something sticky and gooey on top on the lid. The wardrobe door didn't shut. We all had to wait 2 EXTRA hours to get checked into our rooms. The food was terrible. They said it was chicken ans it was a dark grey/brown colour ans tasted like sausage. The kebabs were poorly cooked and we asked what meat was in the kebab and they just said "mixed". They never specified what meat we were eating. We had 5 people complaining to be ill and had to go to the Italian hospital and go again when we got back to the uk! The place where you ate your food stank like the bathrooms whichever smelt horrible. This has been rated way too high. They picture so online don't match what they look like in real life. DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL!

If you like cheap, subpar basics, and spam served as your main course, then you'll love this place. The rooms were never cleaned. The bathroom provided shampoo, but no soap or anything else. Want to go swimming? Hope you brought your swim cap... Would you like wifi during your stay? That's 3€ a day, if you can connect to it... Workers were unpleasant and always seemed inconvenienced by you for anything.

Accommodation quirky and basic but comfortable and very clean. Staff in reception and restaurant very friendly and helpful. Nothing too much trouble. Had lunch on terrace twice and it was excellent Loved the sparkling pool. Well situated, within walking distance of two harbour/beaches, short cheap train ride to Sorrento.

We loved our stay here, the staff were outstanding, friendly and welcoming and the restaurant staff are a credit to the complex during breakfast and evening meals food portions were plentiful and delicious and were able to cater to two schools as well as the other guests and all spoke excellent english. We loved our little chalet and were given plenty of privacy. The TV audio can be switched to any language to accommodate everyone. 2 minutes from some of the most beautiful views i've ever seen. Highly recommended

Recently spent 10 nights in a bungalow. Was a little apprehensive due to the reviews but overall it was a pleasant stay. Yes it is a little tired and needs upgrading but staff were Very helpful and friendly. If anything was needed they were happy to help. It is a good base if like us you want to explore, only 10 minutes to the train. The location is beautiful and great for exploring local Italian restaurants and sights. The rooms are basic and if you want quality this is perhaps not the place but it is clean and provides cheap accommodation. With a little investment it could be great. My son loved the pool and the relaxed atmosphere. The breakfast is basic Italian with croissant, bread, yoghurt, cereal, available but you can pay for cooked breakfasts if required. We found the coissants delicious and kept us going through the morning. There are school trips and it can get a bit busy but staff still give other guests good service in-between. I agree with the person who said it's a bit like a camping upgrade but for a cheap holiday in a great location this met our needs. We would return there again to explore the area more.
