★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ha riaperto nel 2016/2017 e chiuso dopo circa 6 mesi per motivi economici. Ogni opzione di entrare in contatto con l'amministrazione per avere i rimborsi dei mesi di abbonamento non goduti è stata inutile.
In definitiva è stata una grande delusione
It reopened in 2016/2017 and closed after about 6 months for economic reasons. Any option of getting in touch with the administration to get refunds of the unused months of subscription was useless.
Ultimately it was a big disappointment

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il posto è bello, ho praticato nuoto per diversi anni. La struttura è dotata di un capannone che in estate viene rimosso, quindi un po' brutto in inverno ma bello nel periodo caldo. Prezzi non molto concorrenziali.
The place is beautiful, I have been swimming for several years. The structure is equipped with a shed that is removed in summer, so a bit ugly in winter but nice in the hot period. Prices not very competitive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bisogna precisare che questo storico Villaggio, immerso nel bosco e nato con precise vocazioni turistiche (raggiunte non costantemente nel corso dei decenni) adesso è un Covid Hotel. Cioè è destinato ad accogliere i malati Covid che, pur essendo guariti da esigenze ospedaliere, sono ancora positivi. È dunque "off limits" ed ogni valutazione risente, nel bene e nel male, di ciò, e dunque va rimandata a tempi migliori.
It should be noted that this historic village, immersed in the woods and born with specific tourist vocations (reached not constantly over the decades) is now a Covid Hotel. That is, it is intended to welcome Covid patients who, despite being healed of hospital needs, are still positive. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gebruikt als covidhotel. Verschrikkelijke behandeling van mensen die positief testen. Eten is walgelijk. Enkel koud water uit de douche. Niemand die een woord Engels spreekt. Schandalig hoe Sicilië omgaat met toeristen.
Used as covid hotel. Terrible treatment of people who test positive. Food is disgusting. Only cold water from the shower. No one who speaks a word of English. Outrageous how Sicily treats tourists.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For those who are not aware, this place has been turned into a "Covid Hotel", a place for people who test positive for Covid upon arrival in Catania. This is December 2021. The place is OK. Nothing out of this world but comfortable, clean, with good places for nice walks. Much, much better than a hospital. And the medical staff here are just amazing.
