Big pool for adults, and small for children. Market 5 min by walk. Silent place for taking rest. 500m from beach.

This is a lowcost place for lower middle class Germans & middle class Eastern Europeans (few Italins as well).. pool is great with enough sunbeds through the day, including kids mini pool.. we had 2 story townhouse, with mini garden (not fenced).. big plus is the fact there are not animals allowed, so compared with other places around you can leave your kids running around without shoes.. there is a cool supermarket in walkable distance (Ali) with all the stuff you might need for vacation.. the main minuses: 1. worst checkin I have experienced in past 20 years of constant business / leisure travels around the world - we had to wait for 2 (!!!) hours to get the keys in front of the reception (did the management heard we live in the digital era in 2019 please?).. 2. As this is low income vacation area (many of the Germans seems to be on welfare), all the Germans & Eastern Europeans smoke all the day from dusk till down - so forget about fresh air circulating through windows / doors.. 3. Beach is cool for toddlers (sand), but otherwise typical Venetian style - not my cup of coffee 4. The location - this is not Caorle, but rather Caorle municipality and the whole village was built from scratch on the lagoon - so its 100% vacation urbanization, not a real Italy at all.. 5. Mosquito attacks - there is a lot of them and conventional weapons wont work too much.. Pros: 1. Pool 2. Beach train 3. Ali Supermercato near 4. Good position for trips around Venetian coast I wont be coming back especially because of the terrible checkin experience, but the place is in general not bad, you get what you pay for..

Great place to rest, especially for families with children but not only. Apartments fully equipped, air-conditioned, well furnished. Parking available, elevator in each of main buildings. Less than 10 minutes to the beach by walk but free electric train connection is available. Swimming pool is big and nice and a lot of sunbeds are available. 7 minutes by walk is located a supermarket Aliper well equipped with good prices. I fully recommend this place.

Top apartment ( trilo for 7 persons ideal for 5:-) ) very nice and with a big pool, all area is clean, no wifi, but for us its not a problem. Sea is 600m from apartment,the train is running again this year, recomended.
