If you like camping, this is a nice place for it. They tend to everything very diligently (cleanliness of bathrooms, camping sites and beaches for example are very good). But be aware: This place is very tourist-y and you're sharing it with thousands.

I'm very disappointed with the overall feel of the camping. You are getting highly priced, nicely wrapped product which quality is inadequate to the price you paid, and they they are trying to pull more money from you on multiple occasions. In my opinion things are set up to maximise the gain of the owner, while cutting the service offered to a client where possible. I understand such approach, everyone does it, but this practice here on Marina di Venezia goes beyond the expectations you may have from 5* camping. Also, the number of limitations imposed on guests is surprising, making it the most strict place I was to. It definitely does not feel like Italian approach. My main points are: 1. Aquapark is closed from 13 to 15 (open 9-13, and 13-18). In practice everything is disabled 15 mins before closure time. While I understand this in the middle of summer, as of today, 11 Sept I don't think it is still valid. To one of the comments below, the owner of responded that the aqapark is open whole day in a low season. Unfortunately this is not correct, as I was told today at the reception that aquapark will be open for a while day only from 20 Sept. Seems lowest rate for daily stay is not sufficient to call it low season yet. 2. The aquapark slides you or your kids are probably interested in, are getting opened 30 mins after aquapark is open, and are getting closed 30 mins before the closure of aquapark. So from 4 h of time in the morning and 3h in the afternoon, slides are available 2h less over the day. I've never seen such practice and I can not see any reason, than save the cost of staff who has to stay on both slides towers. 3. Wave pool - it's only run 4 time in total during a day (2 in the morning, 2 in the afternoon). Normal aquaparks run such wave pools on 15/30 min schedule. 4. Kids pool with this with slides/bucket playground has very cold water. Today afternoon, there were hardly any kids there. 5. The list of what is forbidden in the aquapark is pretty long. So dear kids, forget about all you inflatable equipment you wanted to use to practice you water skills. Umbrellas are forbidden as well, so I'm not sure how you can get some shade on the grass? In my opinion this is done to force people to rent beds and umbrellas, but not everyone enjoy spending time on the concrete, some people Do like grass. Luckily, tents are not yet forbidden, so I've seen people using them. I really understand the reason for regulations within aquapark, reasonable regulations, but I think here someone forgot that pools are FOR for guests, not guests being for pools. 6. The basic internet package for not provide VOD services (such as Netflix, Amazon, HBO, etc). If you want to watch movies then you have to pay. Another attempt of the 5* camping to pull more money from client. Dear Owner, please do not say that people were overloading your Internet link, cause simple throttling and QoS would be more than sufficient, but you make no money from it. Youtube and other high volume traffic services are available without any limitations. 7. Pitches are of the average size of up to 85m2, and I disagree when you call them in your folders as "spacious". Other campgrounds offers pitches being 100m2, while here you offer such space as a "super pitch" with a very limited amount in comparison to total number of pitches you have. Be honest when describing your services. You can find other 5* campgrounds close nearby or just 200 km from here, which are way more client friendly and you do not feel that "your money is all that matters". This is our first and last stay on Marina di Venezia.

A beautiful, large and very well-kept campsite for families with children. Super clean sanitary facilities. Nice and clean swimming pool. Very nice sandy beach with bars. Groceries (Despar), clothes and a large selection of camping accessories are all available right on the spot. E-buses to get across the square and the garbage is emptied regularly. Great restaurant and a great friendly young team on site. We would love to come back. In addition, the location and the surrounding area are very beautiful - also for trips to Venice. - 5 stars definitely

Super nice, we had a really good time there. Clean, nice stuff, good animation activities. Perfect for families with children. Huge swimming pools and shallow water for a long time.

this is a real 5 star campsite! - It was a great 10 day stay, the only thing I would improve is the quality of some mobile homes (the one I had) - next time I will book a garden villa - did not know before that you have one :)

Super campsite, which has everything and more like a shopping street and offers special activities climbing and a beautiful Minigolf. Of course there is a beautiful huge sand beach and a very big pool with different areas and slides. Toilet houses get cleaned several times per day. Because the campsite is so good of course in the summer time is is very full - if you have not reserved a site, it might be that you need to wait some days outside before something for you is free. Also the pool is as crowded as you are not able to swim during the day.

The beach is nice and cleaned daily. We stayed at the green lodge bungalows, new, clean and well equipped, beds are comfortable. The bathrooms just hilariously narrow ?. The shops are also great with a baker (better bretzels than in Germany) and a wine dispenser for refills (chill with a low carbon impact ?)

FANTASTIC! bit expensive, and IT IS HUGE I me a HUGE we could be walking 2/3 miles a day to the cafe /shop just for breakfast but obviously very different depending on what accommodation you stay in! The pools there are the reason my daughter is now a competitive swimmer as she was so inspired by the pools there. 100%recommend as the pools are mind boggling. A tree did fall on our tent due to an unexpected storm there however it proved how well-mannered, kind and helpful the staff there were! Book now!
