No.1 In the check in process a very friendly lady took our passport and ask to keep for one night, I said no problem, but it was so strange... Than we completely forgot our passport till last night when we went to the reception and kindly ask an old man to get back our passport, he refuse this and said "I prefer to give you back tomorrow morning when you live" hmm What???? I was searching and It's completely illegal... I left him but wasn't happy at all... (and almost forget we paid our staying in check in) but anyway took and hold our passport in reception is illegal!!!
No.2 There is a little restaurant in camping 2 times we could'nt use our credit card and we had to go back next day, waiter was apologies he told as the network connection so poor on the terminal... So get ready with cash if you visit this restaurant.
No.3 In the check in we got a green wristband which has a poor quality plastic lock, ones I took the showers and scratch my skin with it :(
Conclusion and suggestion : I never go back to this camping, only 20 meters away there is beautiful camping the Unionlido
which is first 5 star camping in Italy. This place is amazing , many restaurant, spa, aquapark, shop etc... If you have opportunity to choice this one do not hesitate.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Italy is one of my favorite camping places! Small, quiet, clean, easy access to the beach, good services. Relatively inexpensive considering what you get! Also, you can use all (or most) of the facilities of "brother" Union Lido camping.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a very Bad Place, if you like it quite at afternoon, this is the wrong place for you. Every two days a very Bad Cover band plays Till 0am very loud. The Security Personal is very unfriendly, too. Not recommend !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perfect with small kids. Same format to most of these camping spots but great pool area, amenities are new and cleaned all day and night, shop has everything and is not expensive (you can spend your whole holiday without leaving the camping and just shop there), restaurant is good with good prices... people are friendly and helpful. The beach is nice enough and has a good cafe that is open early morning. I couldn't fault this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a great time here as its connected to union lido for 13 days. On the evening before I left I went and spoke to reception as they hold your passports on arrival, I wanted to leave at 4. 30am as I am driving back to the u.k and wanted to collect my passports pay the tourist tax ect but was told I was not allowed until 7.am even if I left my car outside of the campsite the evening before, I find this extremely strange. I can't imagine if I had flew here and booked a 7.am flight home which I would have had to leave the site at 4.am. They had no sympathy and said you either leave before 11pm tonight or after 7.am tomorrow. Felt like a hostage. I had a friend who visited us for the first week of our holiday with his children and when he went to get his passports the reception spoke to him very badly and charged him a late check out fee because he ate in the restraunt (which you pay for) and used the pool because his flight wasn't until 11pm that evening (even though he checked out of his caravan before 10.am) also very untrusyworthy they make you give back the wrist bands and WiFi cards(not. That the WiFi works anyway) before you leave like your going to sneak back in. Ruined the whole experience for me.
Ps don't use there supermarket on site it's so expensive compared to the one on union lido.
