Paolo and Luca are two very good guys Honest people, who wake up every morning with passion and dedication and open their now historic and established shop in the heart of Chieri. They are kind and available for all customer needs. They know how to advise you on the best solution, with taste and elegance, literally sewing on you the dress for every occasion.
i	igor meola on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo servizio e qualità.. voglio raccontare la mia terribile esperienza, in modo che la gente possa capire il trattamento che ho ricevuto e viene riservato ai clienti fidati. mi hanno regalato un paio di scarpe che ho riconsegnato perché non di mio gusto, e mi è stato fatto un buono, tra l altro NON nominativo (cosa molto grave!!!) Dopo qualche mese torno in negozio per usufruirne(buono smarrito erroneamente per mia colpa) ,ma convinto del fatto che essendo loro cliente da anni potessero sorvolare sul mio errore. Così non è stato, perché il titolare mi ha detto che senza buono cartaceo NON NOMINATIVO non mi avrebbe ne reso ne scontato alcuna merce. Sfido chiunque a tornare o a esimersi dal scrivere una recensione negativa.inoltre Successivamente alla mia recensione ho ricevuto una chiamata di insulti e minacce da parte del titolare. Essendo io titolare di un'attività, consiglio ai due soci di frequentare un corso base per relazionarsi con i clienti. Per concludere , farò una pessima pubblicità e per 90 € hanno perso un cliente fidato.? Bad service and quality .. I want to tell about my terrible experience, so that people can understand the treatment I have received and it is reserved for trusted customers. they gave me a pair of shoes that I returned because not to my taste, and I was given a voucher, among other things NOT a name (very serious !!!) After a few months I go back to the shop to use it (voucher mistakenly lost due to my fault), but I am convinced that having been their customer for years they could overlook my mistake. This was not the case, because the owner told me that without a NON-NOMINATIVE paper voucher he would not have returned or discounted any goods. I challenge anyone to return or refrain from writing a bad review. Also After my review I received a call of insults and threats from the owner. Being the owner of a business, I advise the two partners to attend a basic course to relate to customers. Finally, I will do a bad advertisement and for 90 € they lost a trusted customer
