Visitate le prime stanze osserviamo (come è normale che qualsiasi potenziale acquirente faccia) che per essere un immobile recente ci sembrava un pò trascurato, come se non fosse stata fatta tanta manutenzione dal precedente proprietario. Apriti cielo! L'agente immobiliare (Fabio) ci risponde che lui ha molti appuntamenti e che se questo è l'atteggiamento e la casa non ci interessa potevamo finirla lì. Noi, basiti. Mi permetto di osservare che abbiamo espresso un'opinione (che per quanto tale è più che legittima a prescindere, e a maggior ragione direi nel contesto in questione) e che questa sua risposta non si confaceva molto al suo ruolo...Veniamo accusati di essere stati aggressivi (??!! a corollario: io sono incinta e quindi dubito di poter essere molto aggressiva ahaha e il mio compagno, persona pacata e a modo, non poteva credere a quello che stavamo sentendo, nemmeno riusciva a rispondere da tanto era senza parole!). Ovviamente abbiamo accolto l'invito a terminare immediatamente la visita, non essendoci sicuramente i presupposti nemmeno per una conversazione civile, figuriamoci per un eventuale rapporto professionale. Mi spiace molto per le persone che hanno affidato la vendita del proprio immobile a questa agenzia: sappiate che i vostri potenziali acquirenti vengono trattati in questa maniera... We are accused of being been aggressive (?? !! a corollary: I am pregnant and therefore I doubt I can be very aggressive ahaha and my partner, a calm person and in a way, he could not believe what we were hearing, he could not even answer for so long he was speechless !). Obviously we accepted the invitation to end the visit immediately, as there are certainly no prerequisites for a civil conversation, let alone for a possible professional relationship. I am very sorry for the people who have entrusted the sale of their property to this agency: know that your potential buyers are treated in this way ...

Considerato che in caso di acquisto avremmo anche dovuto pagare il 3% di provvigione (oltre al 3% incassato da chi vende) l'utilità di chi fa questo mestiere senza guadagnarsi fiducia è piuttosto discutibile: sconsigliati. Normalmente ci si appoggia ad un agente immobiliare credendo possa certificare o perlomeno conoscere l'immobile che si appresta a vendere. Per noi non è stato così. Abbiamo dovuto scoprire noi delle irregolarità catastali, la mancanza della certificazioni, l'impianto di riscaldamento mal funzionante con tanto di caldaia dichiarata come recente di 2 anni e invece ne aveva ben più del doppio , il tetto che non è isolato come invece ci dicevano, problemi agli scarichi dei bagni...potrei andare avanti così ma sarebbe inutile. Vi consiglio di non pagare in anticipo il 3% e neppure credere come è stato detto a noi che è quello che chiede a tutti. Il giorno del rogito abbiamo scoperto che chi ci ha venduto casa ha pagato molto meno. Insomma, a farla breve, il mio consiglio è di non fidarvi di quel che vi dicono degli immobili perché non sono assolutamente preparati. Se si deve pagare un'agenzia ci si aspetterebbe almeno un minimo di professionalità ma questa non èstata la nostra impressione. Alla segretaria invece suggerirei un corso di cortesia per il cliente perché chiedere per l'ennesima volta di poter rivedere almeno per la seconda volta l'immobile, dopo aver pagato il 3% e sentirsi dire " io non posso sapere gli impegni dei signori" e dirlo in maniera maleducata...beh, non è cosa che un cliente si aspetta di sentirsi dire da un intermediario già pagato. To the secretary, on the other hand, I would suggest a courtesy course for the client, why ask for the umpteenth time to be able to review the property at least for the second time, after paying 3% and being told "I cannot know the commitments of the gentlemen" and saying it rudely ... well, that's not what a customer expects to hear from a paid broker.
