Non è dell'Architetto Andrea Palladio, ma proprio da qui il giovane scalpellino Andrea Di Pietro che lavorava nel cantiere della villa si fece notare dal Trissino che gli fece studiare l'architettura, lo portò con sé a Roma per conoscerne la classicità degli edifici e lo introdusse negli ambienti nobili e aristocratici di Vicenza e non solo. Fu il "Boom". Giangiorgio Trissino lo trasformò in architetto e gli cambiò il nome. Nacque così l'Architetto Andrea Palladio. Dalla metà degli anni '90 è un bene protetto dall'UNESCO patrimonio dell'umanità. Negli anni la villa subì molte trasformazioni che durarono fino al 1800.
It is a magnificent villa with an equally immense and fantastic park, designed for the humanist Giangiorgio Trissino between 1478 and 1550. He is not from the architect Andrea Palladio, but from here the young stonemason Andrea Di Pietro who worked in the yard of the villa he was noted by the Trissino who made him study architecture, took him with him to Rome to learn about the classicism of the buildings and introduced him to the noble and aristocratic circles of Vicenza and beyond.
