Luogo silenzioso per un totale relax, pulizia e cura della stanze top. Consigliatissima! We stayed for 6 nights in this very nice villa. The staff welcomed us kindly and made us feel at home. Excellent and varied breakfast. Quiet place for total relaxation, cleaning and care of the top rooms. Highly recommended!

Das Frühstück war abwechslungsreich, sehr gut und liebevoll zubereitet. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und ruhig! Wir kommen sicherlich gerne einmal wieder für unseren Urlaub zurück! We stayed in this very nice accommodation for four nights! We were greeted warmly and felt at home. The breakfast was varied, very good and lovingly prepared. The rooms were very clean and quiet! We will definitely be happy to come back for our vacation!
b	bettina ertl on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir waren über Silvester in der Ferienwohnung der Familie Thaler mit 4 Personen. Die Wohnung war sehr schön, modern und sauber. Ideal auch für zwei Paare. Die Wohnung besitzt zwei Schlafzimmer sowie Badezimmer. Wunderbar ist auch die Dachterrasse die wir selbst im Januar nutzen konnten. Die Lage ist ideal. Fußläufig erreicht man das Zentrum in 10 Minuten, Lebensmittel, Bushaltestelle und Restaurants in 5 Minuten. Besonders lecker war das liebevoll hergerichtete und immer frische Frühstück. Die Familie Thaler ist sehr aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Wir hatten auf jeden Fall einen tollen Jahreswechsel in Meran erleben dürfen. Danke dafür. We stayed in the Thaler family's holiday apartment with 4 people over New Year's Eve. The apartment was very nice, modern and clean. Also ideal for two couples. The apartment has two bedrooms and a bathroom. The roof terrace, which we were able to use ourselves in January, is also wonderful. The location is ideal. You can walk to the center in 10 minutes, groceries, bus stop and restaurants in 5 minutes. The lovingly prepared and always fresh breakfast was particularly delicious. The Thaler family is very attentive and helpful. We definitely had a great New Year in Merano. Thanks for that.

Das Morgenessen ist sehr lecker, abwechslungsreich und liebevoll zubereitet. Wie kommen gerne wieder :) Wonderful accommodation, very friendly hosts who give you good tips for visiting Merano. R	Roberto Corbani on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siamo una famiglia di 6 persone, 2 coppie di adulti e 2 bambini piccoli e Mr. Harald ci ha accolto nel appartamento di 2 stanze e 2 bagni molto bello, nuovo e ben arredato al secondo piano della Villa. Data la stagione invernale non abbiamo potuto usufruire della bella terrazza, ma è da segnalare che il riscaldamento gestito autonomamente per ogni stanza è perfetto. La Villa con parcheggio privato è situato in zona comoda di Merano, e Mr. Harald ci ha fornito sia di mappe e cartine della città e zone circostanti sia di informazioni pratiche e suggerimenti per visite e passeggiate (inclusi percorsi pedonali per raggiungere i Mercatini di Natale, ristoranti, negozi, farmacie, etc.). La colazione è abbondante e "fatta in casa" sia dolce che salata, servita da Mr. Harald e Signora, secondo le nostre preferenze. Grazie Villa Thaler ed arrivederci alla prossima visita in Alto Adige. We are a family of 6, 2 couples of adults and 2 small children and Mr. Harald welcomed us in the very nice, new and well furnished 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment on the second floor of the Villa. Given the winter season we could not use the beautiful terrace, but it should be noted that the heating managed independently for each room is perfect. The Villa with private parking is located in a convenient area of Merano, and Mr. Harald has provided us with maps and maps of the city and surrounding areas as well as practical information and suggestions for visits and walks (including pedestrian paths to reach the Christmas markets. , restaurants, shops, pharmacies, etc.). Le stanze sono molto accoglienti, dalla pulizia impeccabile, ben arredate e con tutti i comfort, con vista giardino e nello sfondo le montagne. Letti matrimoniali molto ampi e materassi comodissimi. I gestori, Harald e Faith, ci hanno sempre accolto con tanta gentilezza e garbo, facendoci sentire come a casa. Le colazioni sono la ciliegina sulla torta: abbondanti, varie, e servite con estrema cura dei particolari dalla signora Faith, che cura personalmente il bel giardino. La struttura è nella zona Maia Alta , in luogo tranquillo e con tutti i servizi vicini, ben collegata a centro città, che si può raggiungere facilmente anche a piedi in una decina di minuti. Norme anticovid rispettate scrupolosamente. Soggiornare in questo b&b è sempre stato molto piacevole, e lo consigliamo vivamente. After several stays in this delightful b & b, we would like to release an extremely positive review. The rooms are very welcoming, impeccably clean, well furnished and with all comforts, overlooking the garden and the mountains in the background. Very large double beds and very comfortable mattresses. The managers, Harald and Faith, have always welcomed us with such kindness and grace, making us feel at home. The breakfasts are the icing on the cake: abundant, varied, and served with extreme attention to detail by Mrs Faith, who personally takes care of the beautiful garden. The property is in the Maia Alta area, in a quiet place with all nearby services, well connected to the city center, which can be easily reached on foot in about ten minutes. Anticovid standards scrupulously respected. Staying in this b & b has always been very pleasant, and we highly recommend it.

The rooms are nice and the city center is around 10 mins by foot (very beautiful pathway through a park). Parking is availible inside the yard.
