Fantastic environment! Cozy and helpful owners! The apartment is large and set in a stately building, located in a strategic area (a stone's throw from the free beach, shops, bars) .We will be back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Appartamenti puliti e completi di tutto il necessario, come essere a casa.... inoltre ci sono condizionatore e lavatrice ed addirittura la asciugatrice!! I signori sono gentilissimi e ogni cosa ho chiesto c'è l hanno data senza problemi.... ci torneremo.
Apartments clean and complete with everything you need, like being at home .... also there are air conditioner and washing machine and dryer even !! The gentlemen are very kind, and every thing I ask is the date have no problems .... we will be back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stata in vacanza al Residence Villa Sante dal 1 maggio al 29 giugno 2017. Confermo che tutto quanto descritto nell offerta è stato mantenuto, l appartamento è dotato di ogni confort, la villa è in delizioso stile liberty ed è vicinissima al porto dove alla sera molta gente si reca per fotografare gli splendidi tramonti e al centro storico e, pur restando molto vicina al mare è in zona molto silenziosa e ricca di verde. I proprietari sono semplicemente deliziosi e disponibilissimi, sempre pronti per agevolare una vacanza perfetta
I was on holiday at the Residence Villa Sante from 1 May to 29 June 2017. I confirm that everything described in the offer has been maintained, the apartment is equipped with every comfort, the villa is in delightful liberty style and is very close to the port where in the evening many people go to photograph the beautiful sunsets and the historic center and, while remaining very close to the sea, it is in a very quiet and green area. The owners are just delightful and extremely available, always ready to facilitate a perfect holiday

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Villa molto bella e completamente ristrutturata, ottimi gli spazi e gli equipaggiamenti (cucina, caldaia, lavatrice, lavastoviglie, tv, cassaforte, aria condizionata). Di massima cortesia i proprietari, sempre disponibili. Unico neo il parcheggio che pur gratuito non è facile da trovare, ad un 1000 metri è disponibile il parcheggio custodito che cosa 27 euro per settimana. Chi viene si deve attrezzare dei materiali comuni, come sapone, carta igienica e lenzuola e federe che non vengono forniti. Un soggiorno comunque molto piacevole e tranquillo
Very beautiful and completely renovated villa, excellent spaces and equipment (kitchen, boiler, washing machine, dishwasher, TV, safe, air conditioning). The owners are always extremely helpful. The only drawback is the free parking which is not easy to find, at 1000 meters there is a guarded parking lot which is 27 euros per week. Those who come must equip themselves with common materials, such as soap, toilet paper and sheets and pillowcases that are not supplied. A very pleasant and peaceful stay
