La signora Stefania molto gentile, quando ci ha accolti e come se eravamo amici da sempre. Bella esperienza. When you enter you are amazed at how this house was built, for those who like wood, in a luxurious context, for those who love books, and full, from recent to ancient. Mrs. Stefania very kind, when she welcomed us and as if we had always been friends. Good experience.

Grazie di cuore ... spero proprio di ritornare , nel frattempo la consiglio vivamente a tutti All above all expectations: wonderful house, tastefully furnished, spacious and very clean room and bathroom, not to mention the friendliness and helpfulness of Stefania and Anna "Fabulous" you feel at home !!!! È semplicemente stupendo , accogliente, pulito , bello , e il mio primo giorno ma posso dire un B&B così famigliare mai visto . La signora e Stefania mi sembrava di conoscerli da sempre , ti accolgono con una simpatia unica . Ti senti semplicemente a casa . Siete stupendi ???. Consigliero a tutti , e tornerò qui anche in vacanza ???. Grazie per la vostra simpatia e accoglienza. I did not even have the words to describe this place. It's simply gorgeous, cozy, clean, beautiful, and my first day but I can say such a familiar B&B never seen. The lady and Stefania always seemed to know them, they welcome you with a unique sympathy. You simply feel at home. You are wonderful ???. They will advise everyone, and I will return here even on vacation ???. Thank you for your kindness and hospitality.

Po pierwsze - czujesz się tak, jakbyś przyjechał do Przyjaciół, a właścicielka wita cię jakby czekała na ciebie cały rok... Po drugie - to "dom z duszą", widać niesamowitą dbałość o każdy szczegół. Piękne meble, biblioteka, klimatyczna łazienka... Po trzecie - wszechobecna sterylna wręcz czystość i porządek... Po czwarte - śniadanie dostosowane do twoich smaków i gustów, wystarczy powiedzieć czego oczekujesz... Po piąte - położenie domu, możliwość wypożyczenia roweru, sprawia, że w kilka minut możesz znaleźć się na pięknych plażach (polecam Baia Flaminia!), nadmorskim deptaku (Viale Trieste), porcie czy starym mieście. Wiele podróżujemy z żoną po Polsce i Europie, ale to miejsce urzekło nas szczególnie i na pewno tam wrócimy... :) Stefania - Vi ringraziamo a Te e alla tua famiglia per la vostra splendida accoglienza e ospitalità, anche per l’atmosfera serena e familiare, le serate piene della musica e di cibo italiano eccellente... :) Ci vediamo prossimo anno!!! First of all - you feel as if you came to Friends, and the owner welcomes you as if she was waiting for you all year ... Secondly - it's a "house with a soul", you can see incredible attention to every detail. Beautiful furniture, a library, an atmospheric bathroom ... Thirdly - ubiquitous, even sterile cleanliness and order ... Fourth - breakfast tailored to your tastes and tastes, just say what you expect ... Fifth - the location of the house, the possibility of renting a bike, means that in a few minutes you can find yourself on the beautiful beaches (I recommend Baia Flaminia!), The seaside promenade (Viale Trieste), the port or the old town. M	Michele Gottardo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ non amo gli alberghi e girando in moto mi piace spostarmi da una località all altra, ho trovato per caso la casa di Anna, tutto perfetto , stanza e bagno spaziosi e puliti, arredati con gusto e curati nei minimi particolari. Massima attenzione alle esigenze dell'ospite con quel qualcosa in più che ti fa sentire a casa.Bello, non trovo un difetto neppure a cercarlo. Quando tornerò in zona spero di poter soggiornare ancora in questo meraviglioso b&b. Grazie di tutto. A proposito, prezzi onestissimi per il servizio che offre. I don't like hotels and when I go around on my motorbike I like to move from one location to another, I accidentally found Anna's house, everything perfect, spacious and clean room and bathroom, tastefully furnished and with attention to detail. Maximum attention to the needs of the guest with that extra something that makes you feel at home. Nice, I don't find a fault even looking for it. When I return to the area I hope to stay in this wonderful b & b again. Thanks for everything. By the way, very fair prices for the service it offers.
K	Kym McMillan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ MOTO GP - PERFECT LOCATION We stayed here for 2017 & 2018 - wonderful hosts, rooms very comfortable and clean, 10 mins walk to town/beach, 30 mins drive to track. Look forward to the next time.
