★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wow! This is the best hotel in Florence! You may go to Four Seasons to enjoy something similar, or maybe for the historical frescoes, but Villa San Michele has it all in a compact luxurious place on the hills close to Fiesole.
The position of the hotel is perfect, the gardens like heaven, pool heated and clean, services of a six stars hotel. Food and atmosphere in the restaurants and bars just perfect!
Great value for money! Florence and Tuscany at their best!

I definitely recommend this hotel for your romantic tuscan holiday! the rooms are gorgeous, the bathrooms are spacious, and having a personal terrace garden overlooking the city is a dream. my crush lost his phone while we were here and they FOUND IT!!! i definitely recommend <3

From the second you arrive you feel it’s staff that have been around not for years but decades. The concierge opened doors for us that were seemingly impossible to open and the chef just swept us away with his cooking.
And to top it all off, the view from Villa San Michele overlooking the city where you can the see Duomo is just outstanding. Thank You

Whoever the lady at the front is is so disrespectful my boyfriend and I wanted to come see the hotel and grab a drink she wouldn’t even let us in she literally stopped us at the door of the hotel. She said they were booked and basically forced us back into the cab. We drove half an hour to get there, This place is a literal joke, I don’t know who these people think they are.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A beautiful property tucked into the hills above Florence. The views are spectacular and the service is impeccable. This is the second Belmond hotel we’ve visited (Along with the amazing Caruso in Ravello). So the bar was set very high and yet the Villa San Michele somehow still exceeded our expectations. If you’re planning a visit to Tuscany, this place will put an exclamation mark on your trip.
