S	Stefania Irace on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Assolutamente da evitare. State alla larga da questa struttura. Ho prenotato 3 notti e sono stata solo una. Il viaggio non era di piacere, ma bensì per motivi ospedalieri. Abbiamo fatto il check in alle 15 ma alle 19 la camera non era ancora pronta. Siamo dovuti riandare via per poi tornare alle 21. Ritornati alle 21 abbiamo trovato una camera tutt'altro che accogliente. Una doccia sotto ad un soppalco, praticamente inutilizzabile, stanza gelata abbiamo dovuto dormire con il cappotto indosso. Ho fatto richiesta al proprietario per l accensione dei termosifoni, ma mi è stato riferito che i termosifoni erano rotti per cambio con climatizzatori. Ci ha invitato ad utilizzare più coperte che erano stipate (chissà da quanti anni) in un armadio. All apertura di quest'ultimo è fuoriuscita una puzza di polvere. Le coperte era inutilizzabili. Le varie richieste sono tutte documentabili grazie a screenshot WhatsApp che allego. Siamo scappati a gambe levate da quel posto lugubre e proprietario maleducato e arrogante. Meno male che si trova sotto la chiesta di padre pio! Assolutamente sconsigliato, ho perso pazienza e soldi e ho accumulato rabbia e freddo. Absolutely to be avoided. Stay away from this facility. I booked 3 nights and I was only one. The trip was not for pleasure, but for hospital reasons. We checked in at 3pm but at 7pm the room was still not ready. We had to leave and then return at 9pm. Returning at 9 pm we found a room that was anything but welcoming. A shower under a mezzanine, practically unusable, frozen room we had to sleep with the coat on. I made a request to the owner to switch on the radiators, but I was told that the radiators were broken due to a change with air conditioners. He invited us to use more blankets that were crammed (who knows for how many years) in a closet. When the door was opened, a stink of dust came out. The blankets were unusable. The various requests are all documentable thanks to WhatsApp screenshots that I am attaching. We ran away from that dismal place and rude and arrogant owner. Luckily it is under the church of Padre Pio! Absolutely not recommended, I lost patience and money and I accumulated anger and cold.

When I booked my room, I advised the facility that I would be arriving from Rome at around 10pm which is the arrival time of the last Ferrovie buses from Rome. The bus stopped at Piazza Europa which is more than a kilometer away from the property. It was my first time to San Giovanni so I got lost in finding the property. I walked and walked and finally reached the area where the property is, close to midnight. There is no signage in the property but I have the address so I pressed the buzzer on the property. Someone answered and came out of the terrace and shouted at me and told me to leave. I stayed in the area and buzzed again but was told to leave. I went to the nearby hotel to seek help. The receptionist helped me in finding the property. It is interesting to note that the hotel is next to the facility but the receptionist does not even know the existence of the facility. The hotel receptionist even called the property but there was no answer. I was in the street past midnight cold and homeless. I knocked on several hotels to accommodate me but they were fully booked. The hotel receptionist helped me get a room in his hotel but I have to pay a higher price. It was a stressful night for me and I was only able to sleep at around 2am. When I sent a message to the hotel the next day, they are not helping me. I'm asking for a refund but they are not cooperating.
