Innanzi tutto un complimento ai proprietari che sono riusciti a preservare il gusto del passato, poiché il locale mantiene il calore e l'atmosfera degli anni perduti. Per quanto riguarda i piatti, un plauso per le pietanze servite, cucina antica semplice e gustosissima. Per chi e stanco di piatti che sembrano più opere d'arte da appendere al muro come nature morte, per chi e stanco di sapori innaturali nati da cuochi fantasiosi che non sanno più cosa inventare, questo locale e quello giusto per riconquistare il gusto di assaporare quei giusti oramai perduti nell'alta cucina. Motivazione iniziale ed inventata del titolare: la conferma del cliente deve essere data una settimana prima. Motivazione successiva e (immagino inventata) del titolare: "ho dato la stanza a mio figlio". Motivazione plausibile: camera data ad altri clienti per 4 spiccioli in più. Non si lavora così, rovina le vacanze alle persone! Abbiamo rischiato di dormire in macchina a Ferragosto. Not recommended. RESERVATION CANCELED 4 days before arrival although our confirmation was made over the phone two weeks before. Porzioni generose e un ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. Family-run trattoria, unpretentious, but with a warm homely welcome. I loved the homemade pasta and the mocha coffee !!
