Lo chef ci ha proposto una degustazione appetitive con prodotti a km 0 DA SOGNO, il livello della cucina e dei vini e' davvero da ristorante stellato, ma i prezzi abbordabilissimi. Torneremo con grande entusiasmo. We happened by chance during a walk, and after hours we asked if possible to have a quick aperitif, and from here the experience starts in this wonderful location, accompanied by hospitality and professionalism. The chef offered us an appetitive tasting with products at 0 km DREAM, the level of cuisine and wines is really a starred restaurant, but the prices are very affordable. We will return with great enthusiasm.

Tavolo ben apparecchiato e tutto molto sistemato. Ambiente piccolo e intimo, con arredamento rustico a mattoncino, seminterrato in una cantina d'epoca ristrutturata a dovere. A Mamì c'è un bel modo di fare cucina! I profumi dei piatti assaggiati riuscivano a tenere insieme le tradizioni con un sapiente uso degli odori e delle spezie. Ogni piatto ha una nota delicata moderna e un profondo senso di tradizione, con un impiattamento moderno e bello allo sguardo. Assolutamente da assaggiare l'antipasto a base di "pizz' e foje" rivisitato: un tuffo nel passato con tanta modernità. La vasta gamma di prodotti di qualità spazia dalla carne al pesce alle verdure. Molto buone le combinazioni di sapori tutte in chiave gourmet, ma senza snaturare i piatti. Le presentazioni, le cotture e i tempi del servizio sono state buone. Il personale gentile, garbato e attento a tutte le esigenze del cliente permette di sentirsi a proprio agio e di godere appieno dell'esperienza. Ottima la combinazione con il vino proposto. Si propone una cucina gourmet ma c'è ancora da migliorarsi. Il servizio un po' lento. Unica pecca la mancanza di un menù! La ragazza ci ha descritto i piatti ma arrivarci ai dolci ci eravamo dimenticati gli antipasti e tutto il resto. Consiglio di produrre un menù cartaceo in modo da poter scegliere con tranquillità! Sono rimasta stupita dal fatto che, quando cadeva una posata, la proprietaria, solo dal rumore, riconosceva se era una forchetta o un coltello e veniva a portarne una nuova senza nemmeno doverla chiamare! Sono piccole attenzioni che fanno la differenza. Cucina gourmet di livello davvero eccezionale: porzioni piccole ma ricche di sapore. Eccellente!
