avendo vene fonde e problematiche la gentilezza, la competenza e la professionalità
di tutto il personale è stata esemplare.
Un po’ d’attesa ma del tutto comprensibile
dato il periodo e assolutamente compensata da
empatia e attenzione verso il paziente
veramente particolari.
Un grosso grazie alla personale
dell’accettazione, al personale dell’uff.
Amministrativo, all’Infermiera Giancarla, al personale di radiologia, al Dott. Sinapi e
al Prof. Romano.
Voto massimo e molto consigliato.

having deep and problematic veins the kindness, competence and professionalism
of all the staff was exemplary.
A bit of a wait but completely understandable
given the period and absolutely offset by
empathy and attention to the patient
really special.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho subito un brutto trauma spalla omero il 17/05/2021, inizio l'iter visita ortopedica, risonanza magnetia con contratto, Elettromiografia e visita neurochirurgica. Visite per terapia antalgica. Siamo a fine luglio non ho una data per l'intervento. Fine settembre mi dicono 22 novembre Mi telefona la segretaria maleducata.15 giorni fa dicendomi che aveva fretta e doveva andare a casa, di presentarmi con l'impegnativa del mio medico per compilare la parte burocratica e fare i prelievi . ( Faccio notare che abito andata e ritorno 200 km). Non mi hanno detto se mi davano un letto visto tutte le ore che dovevo stare lì, anche perché ho comunicato tutti i farmaci sallavita che prendo, per il cancro, la mia malattia autoimmune che ho da quando avevo 13 anni, e la cardiopatia. Nessuno mi ha detto nulla. Allora ho guardato le recensioni e mi sono chiesta perché gli utenti che arrivano da Parma per fare interventi più grossi sono entrati il giorno dell'intervento gli sono stati fatti i prelievi e poi in sala operatoria io trattata peggio di un cane? MAI PIÙ.
I suffered a bad shoulder / humerus trauma on 17/05/2021, I start the orthopedic examination, magnetic resonance with contract, electromyography and neurosurgical examination. Visits for pain relief. We are at the end of July I don't have a date for the surgery. At the end of September they tell me November 22 The rude secretary phoned me. 15 days ago she told me she was in a hurry and had to go home, to show up with my doctor's referral to fill out the paperwork and make the samples. (I note that I live 200 km round trip). They did not tell me if they gave me a bed since I had to stay there all the hours, also because I communicated all the sallavite drugs I take, for cancer, my autoimmune disease that I have had since I was 13, and heart disease. Nobody told me anything. So I looked at the reviews and I wondered why the users who come from Parma to have bigger surgeries came in on the day of the surgery they were sampled and then in the operating room I was treated worse than a dog? NEVER AGAIN.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stato operato martedì 30 novembre per protesi al ginocchio destro dal professore Lelli, per me il migliore del settore. Dopo soli 5 giorni di ricovero sono stato dimesso e il post intervento è andato decisamente meglio delle mie aspettative. Nel periodo trascorso nella struttura, oltre al personale medico altamente qualificato, ci tengo a menzionare lo staff infermieristico che mi ha trattato veramente con garbo e professionalità.
I was operated on Tuesday 30 November for prosthetic right knee by Professor Lelli, for me the best in the sector. After only 5 days of hospitalization I was discharged and the post surgery went much better than my expectations. In the period spent in the facility, in addition to the highly qualified medical staff, I would like to mention the nursing staff who really treated me with grace and professionalism.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottimo la qualità professionale dei medici e degli infermieri, pulizia, eccellente. Unica cosa purtroppo la presenza di una Oss svaluta, la qualità lavorativa elogiata sopra... Scarsa gentilezza e sopratutto assente empatia con il paziente appena operato o da qualche giorno impiantato, nasconde dietro l'invito a fare da soli la non cura e scortesia invece fondamentali in questa fase veramente delicata. Un vero peccato!!!!!!
Excellent professional quality of doctors and nurses, cleanliness, excellent. The only thing unfortunately the presence of an Oss devalues, the working quality praised above ... Lack of kindness and above all lack of empathy with the patient who has just been operated on or who has been implanted for a few days, hides behind the invitation to do it alone the lack of care and rudeness instead fundamental in this truly delicate phase. Such a pity!!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stato ricoverato 14 giorni in ortopedia per l'intervento artroprotesi d'anca e riabilitazione. Villa Regina è un bel l'ospedale privato con il personale medico, infermieristico (nel mio caso anche i fisioterapisti) molto preparato e disponibile. Bell'ambiente, molto pulito. Do' solo 4 stelle perché purtroppo i pasti lasciano molto ma molto a desiderare!
I was hospitalized for 14 days in orthopedics for hip replacement surgery and rehabilitation. Villa Regina is a nice private hospital with very trained and helpful medical and nursing staff (in my case also physiotherapists). Nice environment, very clean. I only give 4 stars because unfortunately the meals leave much, much to be desired!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gianfranco Messerotti-otolaringist. Not professional doctor despite of that he is a professor. I used him week ago with some issue with ear. Doctor tried solved it but not in full, pain was stayed. I visited him on the second day, he told that everything ok After several days terrible pain I found another doctor how puòòed off foreign small object form my ear. Not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice place, clean, organised and quite like a private hospital should be, sufficient free parking for clients and professional acting staff. If you want something to eat though you must deal with average vending machines "if" you have change. If not, I recommend the express Carrefour five minutes away, it is the closest bar with good food and coffee.
