A	ANNA on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Niente da dire sulla visita specialistica, molto da dire su igiene: l'unica segnalazione rispetto al Covid era la necessità della mascherina , per il resto nessuna indicazione di cautela nei bagni (ne ho usato uno al piano terra ed era vergognosamente sporco) nè invito ai presenti nella sala d'aspetto dove ho stazionato, peraltro minuscola, circa il corretto uso della stessa. Ciliegina sulla torta, non è stato possibile sostituire il toner di una stampante perchè non in possesso (!) e me ne sono andata con un referto sbiadito, ovviamente dopo aver pagato il corrispettivo dovuto, di tutto rispetto. Nothing to say about the specialist visit, a lot to say about hygiene: the only signal with respect to Covid was the need for a mask, otherwise no indication of caution in the bathrooms (I used one on the ground floor and it was shamefully dirty) nor invitation to those present in the waiting room where I stationed, which is also tiny, about the correct use of the same. The icing on the cake, it was not possible to replace the toner of a printer because not in possession (!) And I left with a faded report, obviously after paying the amount due, very respectable.
m	martine muller on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avevo prenotato per una risonanze magnetica alla schiena, sono andata, ho pagato e quando mi hanno chiamata, il dottore molto gentile mi ha detto di sdraiarmi sul lettino e dopo riflessione mi ha detto che non si poteva fare in quanto ero troppo in carne sopratutto della pancia e che il loro apparecchio non era adeguato a eseguire tale risonanza, che in futuro dovevano cambiare macchinario per questo tipo di problema.......dico io, nel eseguire la prenotazione, dovrebbero chiedere il peso del cliente no ? vabbè mi hanno rimborsato e pregato di recarmi in un istituto con macchinario adeguato a persone sovrapeso........sono sbalordita. I had booked for an MRI of the back, I went, I paid and when they called me, the very kind doctor told me to lie down on the couch and after reflection told me that it could not be done as I was too plump especially of the belly and that their device was not adequate to perform this resonance, that in the future they had to change machinery for this type of problem ....... I say, when making the reservation, they should ask for the weight of the customer right? oh well they reimbursed me and begged me to go to an institution with machinery suitable for overweight people ........ I am amazed.

Non posso dire lo stesso a riguardo dell'ecografia eseguita dal Dr. Bruno Ferrari. Il Dr. Ferrari é stato estremamente scortese sin dall'inizio della visita e, con dei modi spicci, mi ha azzittita in malo modo alla prima ed unica richiesta di chiarificazioni. Ritengo assolutamente non plausibile che nel 2020 certi comportamenti vengano ancora tollerati e che, in una struttura di rispetto, tali comportamenti - rudi e maleducati - non possano essere giustificabili con un semplice "eh, lui e' fatto cosi" come mi sono sentita dire al momento del pagamento (peraltro di 100 Euro). Yesterday I went to Villa Ravenna in Chiavari for a mammography and an ultrasound. Mammography, everything OK ... the technician was very kind and polite. I can't say the same about the ultrasound performed by Dr. Bruno Ferrari. Dr. Ferrari has been extremely rude since the beginning of the visit and, with brisk ways, he silently silenced me at the first and only request for clarifications. I consider it absolutely implausible that in 2020 certain behaviors are still tolerated and that, in a respectful structure, such behaviors - rude and rude - cannot be justified with a simple "eh, he is done like this" as I heard him say to time of payment (moreover of 100 Euro).

Mentre mi parlava della mia ecografia stava controllando altri referti. E' stata la prima e sicuramente l'ultima visita presso di lui. I booked an ultrasound performed by Dr. Bruno Ferrari. Dr. Ferrari was hasty and unkind during the visit. While he was telling me about my ultrasound he was checking other reports. It was the first and certainly the last visit to him.
S	Si Si on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nessun rispetto delle regole anti covid né distanziamento in sala d'attesa, né corretto utilizzo di mascherine e igienizzanti, tutto lasciato al buonsenso individuale. Nulla da dire sulla professionalità della visita ma ho disdetto la successiva che farò in altro studio privato. No compliance with anti-covid rules, no distancing in the waiting room, no correct use of masks and sanitizers, all left to individual common sense. Nothing to say about the professionalism of the visit but I canceled the next one that I will do in another private practice.

Hanno sbagliato una prenotazione ed hanno avuto il coraggio di dare la colpa a me facendomi passare per scema….. VERGOGNA! Define the people in charge of reservations in the diagnostic department as incompetent and pay them a compliment. They made a mistake in booking and had the courage to blame me by making me pass for a fool ... .. SHAME!
G	Giorgio M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent private clinic, with many different doctors and practitioners, all of which are very good in my experience. Not every doctor works here every day, so advance bookings are absolutely needed, but they have a friendly receptionist who will give all the information needed if you call. The staff onsite is also very kind and friendly. My experience here was very pleasant all three times I visited.
