★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bel palazzo nel pieno centro della cittadina, recentemente ristrutturato. È sede di numerosi eventi e manifestazioni grazie alla spaziosa sala conferenze. All'interno è anche possibile trovare una biblioteca degnamente fornita, oltre che un confortevole ambiente per studiare in tranquillità. Il vero fiore all'occhiello è, tuttavia, il giardino, teatro, specialmente in periodo estivo, di concerti, esibizioni e molti altri tipi di intrattenimento. All'esterno del giardino, inoltre, si trovano un'area fitness dotata di alcune macchine, e un'area giochi per i più piccoli.
Beautiful building in the center of the town, recently renovated. It is home to numerous events and shows thanks to the spacious conference room. Inside it is also possible to find a library worthily furnished, as well as a comfortable environment for studying in peace. The real highlight is, however, the garden, theater, especially in summer, of concerts, exhibitions and many other types of entertainment. Moreover, outside the garden, there is a fitness area equipped with some machines, and a play area for the little ones.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Attrattiva storica della pur breve storia santateresina. Tenuta liberty di inizio secolo, con parco retrostante.
Ha ospitato la residenza di una famiglia nobiliare e di un Podestá al tempo del ventennio. Assunta al patrimonio istituzionale , e ben ristrutturata con soluzioni ecologiche ed ecosostenibili, ospita la biblioteca e gli eventi culturali, oltre che dà luoghi di socializzazione alle associazioni. Di recente ha dato spazi alle strutture comunali anti-covid19. È, per ora, il "salotto bello" della rappresentanza istituzionale locale, con un ampio e luminoso salone-auditorium; in altro saloncino attualmente viene tenuto il consiglio comunale

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Villa che il comune di Santa Teresa di Riva acquistò sotto la sindacatura di Nino Bartolotta negli anni novanta, dopo essere stata ristrutturata è divenuta biblioteca comunale, centro direzionale, ed oggi a causa del covid centro vaccinale, il grande giardino esterno che dà sul lungomare fa' si che nel periodo estivo si organizzino spettacoli, incontri con i cittadini, e tanto altro, uno dei pochi posti da vedere.

Sulla via Nazionale vi è il Palazzo della Cultura, che è la stessa cosa della villa Ragno. Lato lungomare ci sono giochi per bambini.
