β β β β β Mooi gebouw. Slechte uitleg gekregen hoe we daar moesten komen.
Daar aangekomen was het hek dicht. 5 min moeten wachten.
Kwam dezelfde vrouw binnendoor gelopen.
Beautiful building. But very unfriendly staff. Were first at the Villa Cesarea. What we booked. When we got there, she pretended our name didn't say anything. After 5 minutes we found out that we had been converted to Villa Raffaella. Bad explanation was given how to get there.
When we got there, the gate was closed. Had to wait 5 min.
The same woman walked in. Then she knew our names at once. But only everything in Italian.
The building is beautiful. But if you are unlucky you will share the boiler with another room. Which means that water goes from hot to cold and then warm again.

Truly suggestive historic residence, in a setting of elegance and sobriety together. With a typically Moorish appearance, it fits perfectly into the surrounding environment, while also distinguishing itself. The rooms overlooking the sea have something magical, for the wonderful show on the infinite horizon.
The rooms are furnished with taste and refinement, thanks to the period furniture.
The only drawback are the rather small bathrooms and the taps to be renewed, at least in some contexts.
The staff is really nice and helpful.

β β β β β Very authentic and nice place to stay in santa cesarea terme. Good breakfast with an amazing view from the terrace. The staff and especially vivianna are doing a great job and have good tipps for things to see and to visit. Absolute recommendation!

β β β β β Historic beautiful guesthouse, named after the the original owner's wife. Basic rooms for basic prices. Tiny bathroom and shower, good bed. Get in early for a table outside at breakfast (this was early October). Friendly caretaker, who will share some dinner options nearby. Sunday morning you will hear the sounds from the small market opposite.

β β β β β Havenβt even had the possibility to stay there, as I had booked for a whole week and once called the hotel they said my booking had not gone through to them even though booking said it was confirmed.
Also once we had paid an extra 60Β£ fee for the triple room with kitchen, the owner that I had called myself said that we had to pay an extra 10Β£ a day to use the kitchen.
I mean if we have booked via booking a room with a kitchen it is weird they asked me for extra 10Β£ a day to use it?
Also booking had no trace what so ever about this extra fee, and also I had to ask all questions myself or I would have found out once there. I have cancelled my trip and most definitely will be putting this property on my blacklist. Rude and disorganised.

β β β β β Great breakfast, close to the beach in a beautiful historic manor that still retains a lot of gorgeous and quaint. Villa Raffaella is charming with some nice modern touches and fabulous service to boot. The guy checking us in was so helpful, reserved a parking space for us and rolled out the red carpet. Breakfast was fabulous with lots of local delicacies on hand to try. We got a massive room (our biggest after 2.5 weeks in Italy) with an interesting shower. Service from every staff member was amazing and provided such friendly service that would be expected from a 5 star hotel!
They could do more with the rooftop and would've been nice to get a second level room with a view rather than the ground floor.
