★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La villa è situata in una zona residenziale, vicino alla statale che va a Cefalù, in un contesto privato con accesso alla proprietà attraverso cancelli automatici. All'interno c'è lo spazio per una auto.
La casa ha un giardino che la circonda molto bello, ben curato, ricco di piante e fiori. Tra il giardino e la casa c'è una grande veranda con tavolo e sedie per pranzare e alcune sdraio. Sempre in giardino, sul retro c'è una comoda doccia con acqua calda e un barbecue. E' il posto ideale per rilassarsi in tranquillità, ma anche per poter fare escursioni nei dintorni, vista la vicinanza alla statale e alle autostrade.
L'interno è arredato con cura e anche la cucina è ben accessoriata e dotata di tutto il necessario.
Ottima la comunicazione con il proprietario che ci ha consigliato molto bene su attività e ristoranti.

Between the garden and the house there is a large veranda with table and chairs for dining and some deck chairs. Also in the garden, at the back there is a comfortable shower with hot water and a barbecue. It is the ideal place to relax in tranquility, but also to be able to make excursions in the surrounding area, given the proximity to the state road and the highways.
The interior is furnished with care and the kitchen is also well equipped and equipped with everything you need.
Excellent communication with the owner who advised us very well on activities and restaurants.
